★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered my items in December with click away. Over a month now, I haven't received any update. Their phone is not responding, online customer service doesn't know when I will be able to collect my stuff. It's a big mess and zero customer service and they don't seem to care at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the website mentioned a product as available in this specific store, while there, we were told that it could be there but if so, was not unpacked and distributed on shelves, thus unavailable. An unconsidered policy to the customer who visits according to website instructions and spends valuable time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In-store shop could be ok but in-store orders must be improved. I ordered some stuff to deliver at my place. Once they told me it will be delivered in couple days. Then they called me tell that delivery on delay due to broken pieces.
Never delivered. Had to cancel the order after 14days. They kept my money for 14 days without delivering the product. I had to visit the store again to get refund. No-one ever tried to cover for their mistake or anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discovered this amazing store by chance...on the high street near to where we are renovating an apartment.... in Kalithea.The products and prices are incredible for doing out student home.We purchased a lot from 3-4 various stores in Athens.The service was fantastic especially the lovely young lady in Kalithea...you can see from a far she loves her job and is a definite asset to the company Jysk..we purchased many items half the price at least to many other stores.. and better quality too...I am already recommending to all my friends and family on the Greek Islands...so they know they can order any time.Thanks alot for your 5*service...Louise (Kalithea)
