Very good mix of tradition and modern aproach to bakery and sweets

The correct point to stop for sheets as you travel to Sithonia

Paradise if you love sweet en God knows what else you can eat in this place with good (soft) rock music on the background and very kind staff

Opens early in the morning ! The only place we found here that opens before 9 o'clock. They have fresh and warm patisserie, good coffee, also sweets.

We always stop by here before Sithonia. Great coffee, pastries, wi fi too. It's a nice tradition

It was nice. May be a bit expensive but the staff was super. Nice. And the sweets were good

I am a baker, so my opinion is not as an ordinary customer's experience. Everything in George Patisserie is very fresh, done with quality fresh ingredients in very hygienicaly conditions, so you don't have to worry about health safety. That's the only reason I gave 2 stars. Unfortunately...the taste, aroma, spicies, flavors, textures, esthetics...all these are completely missing. Except the taste of sugar, you can't feel anything in their cakes or ice-cream. No vanilla, no rum, no cerassin tasty bitter sweet caries, no caramel, real caramel, the chocolate is faded, even cocoa is mild, absolutely no taste, neutral but ...sweet. They have no idea of a well technical execution of a chocolate mouse or Gamache...all they do is apparel with high fat butter, way too much greasy butter. They have no idea about French bakery, turtes and cakes. However, they are good in minos Asian typical sweets, the ones traditional for Greece ot Turkey... dough with sugar syrup....lots of dough, under all forms and filla/ sheets with sugar syrup, but hardly any spices like cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg. I am sorry, they work hard, they are clean, they have a good reputation in the region, competing with Γαβανας, they are producing great bread, but...they have to update their recipes, they have to surprise with something new.
