Super Service durchs Band. Der Abfall wurde täglich geleert. Innert 10 Tagen zwei Mal Badetücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt, dass kenne ich so nicht!
Weder in der Schweiz noch in Frankreich.
Ebenso erhielten wir Kekse, Fruchtsaft und Früchte.
Da wir am Flughafen auf Covid getestet wurden und 1 Tag in Quarantäne mussten, erkundigte sich Georgia ob wir etwas brauchen.... super Sympa, mega unkompliziert.
Die Anlage wurde auch top gepflegt. Gute 5 Minuten zum Strand und 15 Minuten zur Windsurfstation Freak.
Auch das Dörfchen Palaiokastro hat seinen Charm mit allem was es zum Leben braucht.
Alle sehr, sehr freundlich, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
So if there were more stars, Georgia would have deserved it!
Great service across the board. The garbage was emptied daily. Bath towels and bed linen changed twice within 10 days, I don't know that!
Neither in Switzerland nor in France.
We also received biscuits, fruit juice and fruits.
Since we were tested for Covid at the airport and had to be in quarantine for 1 day, Georgia asked if we needed anything .... great Sympa, mega uncomplicated.
The complex was also very well maintained. A good 5 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the Freak windsurfing station.
The village of Palaiokastro also has its charm with everything it needs to live.
All very, very friendly, we will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely experience with a lot of support from the landlady to make the holiday an enjoyable stay. Prices are affordable given also the beauty of that place nestled in the Eastern coast of Crete. Highly recommended for all those who love nature and healthy mind-blowing vacations.
