★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono 5 appartamenti completi. Essendo arrivato senza prenotazione ho dovuto cambiare appartamento durante il soggiorno per cui ho avuto modi di viverne due. Entrambi ben arredati ed accessoriati. Aria condizionata in entrambe le stanze. Parcheggio disponibile per i clienti. WiFi sempre funzionante e con diversi hotspot. Posizione incredibile con albe meravigliose e se cenate presto vedrete il sorgere della luna come non l'avete mai visto.
La taverna, della stessa proprietà, serve dell'ottimo cibo... anche gli spaghetti al pomodoro erano buoni.
 There are 5 complete apartments. Having arrived without a reservation, I had to change apartments during my stay, so I had two ways of living. Both well furnished and equipped. Air conditioning in both rooms. Parking available for customers. WiFi always working and with different hotspots. Incredible location with wonderful sunrises and if you dine early you will see the moon rise as you have never seen it before.
The tavern, under the same ownership, serves great food ... even the spaghetti with tomato sauce were good.

This beautiull small complex consist of an outdoor restaurant and six appartments, all located just at Kouremenos beach. Grandes is owned and run indepently by a family, and was the first establishment on this remote beach back in 1991.
We stayed at Grandes Appartments July 12-24th, 2018 in apt. no 3 just 30 meters from the beach, just behind the cosy outdoor restaurant. The main purpose of our trip was to windsurf and bath as much as possible in the beautifull bay of Kouremenos, and enjoy a remote a genuine Greek destination (no mass tourism present here yet).
The stay at Grandes really exceeded all our expectations just from the start to the finish; from a very varm and personal welcome from the family, extraordinary and flexible service during our stay (for example bringing and serving food from the restaurant at our private terrace), always keeping things clean and tidy, and more importantly being so personally involved in their guest.
On the practical side we also have to mention that the appartments are really well maintained and the owners are constantly looking for things to add or upgrade to make the stay as comfortable for the guests as possible.
We would like to express our greatest thanks for a unique and personal experience at Grandes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was ready well before the agreed check-in time and I could get the keys from the restaurant nearby.
The room itself was big, had a fully equipped kitchen/livingroom, bathroom and bedroom; the location could not be better (literally 30m from the sea) and the plants in the garden surrounding the property is just stunning.
Lefteris, the host, went way further than his duties, offering a full sample of homemade products, an entertaining conversation and even a guided tour to his bee colonies.
All in all, an amazing stay and I look forward to go back!
