★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Georgia Vicky Hotel is a fabulous place to stay in Crete and only 20min from Chania airport.
The apartment had 2 nice size rooms and a lovely kitchen / dining area.
The view was beautiful, watching the sunset from the balcony or watching the waves crash against the shore ?
A cleaner came in every day to tidy and bedding was changed every 2 days. A fault with the oven was fixed in a matter of minutes by the owners ?
The best part was how helpful the owners were in offering advice on good places to visit/eat.
Loved our stay here and would most certainly book again ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent apartments on the beach. Different sizes with lots of charm and interesting architecture. Hear the waves and not much else. Very clean, frequent housekeeping, swimming pool and great staff. Apartment #4 is super cute for a couple (one bedroom with kitchen).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent if basic apartments. Clean, good air con in the bedrooms. Great views from the balcony. Big salt water pool 3m deep at the diving board end ! Very helpful and friendly owners. If we were going back to this region, we would definitely stay here again. You do need a car to get about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a perfect holiday location for any age! We actually came back here during our long holiday in Greece, we loved it so much. The location with the views, the warmth of the hosts, the tranquility yet nearby a small village, the pool and gardens, the cute apartments, the small gestures like raki and cake.. A lot of love for kids as well. We will come back!
A car is a nice to have. Convenient but not entirely necessary as nearby restaurants deliver lovely food at reasonable prices. Just take into account that especially during weekends you may have to wait over an hour for your food.
We found some of the restaurants that were recommended by the owners slightly disappointing, so just go out and try for yourself. Taverna Irini is famous but you need to reserve well in advance.
Sunset cocktail bar on the beach was disappointing, but Mama's Place on Zorbas beach is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was (sadly) only here for 2 nights but I hope to be back. A lovely place, carefully looked after by the owners, everything is immaculate. My room had a stunning sea view and all you could hear were the waves crashing onto the rocks. Stunning sunsets! Very peaceful and lovely to relax by the pool. Stavros beach is 5 mins with the car with some very tasty tavernas / restaurants but the landlady gives you many more great tips. Chania is about 25 minutes away. Great beds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet vacation in May. Peaceful place with amazing sunset. Helpful, smiley hosts and specious room. Very well equipped kitchenette for all you need for self-catering. Reasonable price. Very clean all around.
