★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best resort I have ever stayed. Great staff, the setting is beautiful with a great bar and pool. The view of the ocean is 5 star. The staff is amazing and extremely accommodating. Will definitely be returning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel, with nice people. Very clean, comfortable and quite. Big pool, never overcrowded, clean water and in one area is 2.8 m deep. Pool bar with drinks and food, which is good to have close to the pool. One small beach is very close, the other one 5 min walk. Market is about 15-20 min by walk. Without a car in the this area will be tough, bus to the city coursing 3 times a day, from Chania last bus coursing at 18:00 every day, after that the only option is taxi.
Place is worth to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wordeful place to stay. Zacharenia is very kind and helpful. Rooms are beautifully decorated and next to the beach. The view from the swimming pool is amazing. Great coffee!!!

We Just left this hotel today, the staff is so terrible, very poor organization, servers are very bad, no smile, no service. As a customer, you have to bring cutlery to your table, clear yourself. This is unacceptable for a 4 star: a 3 star I would say.
At the reception of the hotel, the receptionists are unpleasant, a very minimal service without effort.
There is no beach, you have to go to a beach (8€) club by walking 20 min.
Frankly very disappointing hotel, I will not stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Restaurant serves wonderful food with convenient hours. Pool is clean, deep, and has a beautiful view. Located in a quiet area perfect for enjoying the coastline. The beach is free of garbage and is protected by a half moon of rocks, making swimming in all conditions possible. There are a few stores and restaurants within a 15 min walk, and Stavros beach is only a 30 min walk through a quaint neighborhood. This is a perfect place to stay for any amount of time.
