★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παντελής έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού. Συμπλήρωσα την φόρμα κράτησης αλλά απάντηση δεν έλαβα. Μια μέρα πριν την ημερομηνία που ήθελα να ξεκινήσει η μίσθωση, πήρα τηλ. για να ρωτήσω τι γίνεται. Ο τύπος στο τηλ μου είπε ότι δεν είχε δει την φόρμα και ότι δεν ήξερε αν έχει διαθέσιμο τον τύπο του αυτοκινήτου που ήθελα γιατί δεν ήταν στο γραφείο. Είπε ότι θα πήγαινε μετά από λίγη ώρα και θα με έπαιρνε τηλ. να με ενημερώσει. Εννοείται δεν με πήρε και γι αυτό τον κάλεσα πάλι εγώ δυο φορές και δεν το σήκωσε ποτέ. Του έστειλα και sms και φυσικά πάλι απάντηση καμία. Ας αλλάξει δουλειά καλύτερα. Για πωλήσεις και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών σίγουρα δεν κάνει.
Complete lack of professionalism. I filled in the booking form but did not receive a reply. The day before the date I wanted the lease to start, I got a phone call to ask what was going on. The guy on the phone told me that he had not seen the form and that he did not know if he had the type of car I wanted available because it was not in the office. He said he would go after a while and call me to let me know. Of course he did not take me and that is why I called him again twice and he never picked it up. I also sent him an sms and of course no answer again. Let's change jobs better. For sales and customer service it certainly does not.
