Terrible state currently. Unfriendly staff, dirty smelly rooms, very small pool compared to the pictures. Worst experience ever. Don’t go stay here!

The stuff was amazing very helpful.. They even provide us transportation from the airport. The place is very nice, it's a bit up to the hill, but with very nice view. The place was very clean and joyful.. Pool is great place to spend some relaxing time

This is obviously a resort in transition. The newly renovated apartments are modern, spacious, comfortable, you might even say a bit luxurious. Individual shower, toilet, and toiletry areas make them comfortable to use. AC works just fine and the balcony gives you a nice sea view, it is also a nice place to sit in during the day or in the evening. The older rooms are somewhat smaller, budget-hotel like, though large enough to be OK. However, the bathrooms are too small, you can either sit on the toilet or take a shower, and everything is wet after you do it. Beds are comfy in either new and old rooms. The pool is definitely smaller than in the old pictures, but it is large and deep enough to cool off. It is clothing-optional, and still most customers for unbeknownst reason choose to wear bathing suits, even though they are paying a slightly higher rate than in other places. Apart from the busy and rather loud road, the location is very good – you’re almost at the top of the hill overt Mykonos Town, while you can reach it on foot within 20 minutes. The uphill walk back takes a little longer, some 45 minutes, but it’s not too tiresome. Right across the street is Starbucks and some overpriced, hipster breakfast room, but if you take 50 metres walk to the right, near the petrol station you will find two excellent Greek taverns with fabulous food, a couple of shops selling fruit and vegetables, and general convenience store with all the basic supplies you might need. If you go 200 metres left and downhill past the roundabout, you will find excellent bakery and pastry place, as well as a kiosk with snacks, wine, liquors, and cigarettes, both open 24/7. Back to the residence, the pool bar was closed when we were there in Sep’19, but the owner/manager promised it will be open next season. If the promises are kept and more apartments are renovated, this will be a really nice place to stay. Just be sure to get the new room and you will certainly enjoy your holidays!

Such a shame to hear this place went down hill. I stayed here in 2000 when Paris owned and managed it. Back then it was stellar, even the basic rooms were really nice and the pool was stunning.
