Το κατάστημα είναι κλιματιζόμενο και καθαρό καθώς επίσης τηρούνται ευλαβικά τα υγειονομικά πρωτόκολλα covid-19 Extremely trained and polite staff, who strive to serve the customer in every way. The store is air conditioned and clean as well as the covid-19 sanitary protocols are respected.

W	Will Tamplin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really not open right now during lockdown even though they say they are. They are only there to refuse to sale essential items like hearing aid batteries. (contrary to EU and UN laws concerning access and participation for disabled persons). They blame their company policy, but I think its overall dishonest tell a disabled person they will not sell to them the item they rely on to function in society (its inhumane actually). Also, despite the Google maps comment on my phone that it accepts online order pick up in store, its not true. When I try to access the product online, it is for shipping only which is not an option for me. (Cant hear the doorbell for deliveries if I dont have batteries for my hearing aids.) So whereas they say they can not accept payment in store, they also prevent you online from paying in advance and collecting. So they get to overcharge on the item, and then add 3 euro on top of that in shipping, and because of current Greek crisis in transportation delivery, I still am deaf for 2-3 weeks waiting for a delivery I may not even hear when they ring the buidling door.
