Good service, very kind staff, but the merchandise inside the store with smartphones of 2017-2018 videos games from ... 2010 makes you think that you have entered a machine time.

Ούτε συγγνώμη για την ταλαιπωρία δεν πήραμε και ακόμα περιμένουμε ένα προϊόν (2 μήνες). Δεν θα ξαναπροτιμήσω σε καμία περίπτωση το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Very rude in general, especially Lina. Zero professionalism and incredible delay in orders. We did not even apologize for the inconvenience and we are still waiting for a product (2 months). I will never prefer this store again.

Σαν να μας έκαναν χάρη που μας άφησαν να μπούμε στο μαγαζί .Αγοράσαμε μόνο ένα παιχνίδι για τον μικρό και μετά τα υπόλοιπα τα παρήγγειλα οnline με pick up από το ίδιο μαγαζί . Ήταν άλλη κοπέλα η οποία ήταν πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική . Αν από την αρχή είχαμε αυτή την εξυπηρέτηση θα έβαζα 5 αστέρια ! The first time the service was unacceptable. As if they did us a favor by letting us enter the store. We bought only one toy for the little one and after the rest I ordered them online with a pick up from the same store. She was another girl who was very kind and helpful. If we had this service from the beginning I would put 5 stars!

Το ίδιο καλό λόγο έχω να πως για τον Παναγιώτη και την Εύα που δουλεύουν στο κατάστημα πλέον έχει γίνει το μόνο κατάστημα που πηγαίνω ευχαριστώ! Very kind, to say the least, I can say perfect professionals, the responsible Mr. Nikos, we do not remember his last name, impeccable and patient with Eugenia, they served me perfectly with a smile! I have the same good reason to say that for Panagiotis and Eva who work in the store, it has now become the only store I go to, thank you!

Ολγας 101, Με εξυπηρετησε και με ενημερωσε η κ.Ιφιγένεια Ζέλιου. Εξαιρετική σύμβουλος, τέλεια ενημερωση, ατελειωτη η Υπομονή της στις απορίες και επισημανσεις μου Ευγενεστατη, με το χαμογελο ,γρηγορη και αποτελεσματική... Μακαρι όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι στο Γερμανο να είναι του επιπεδου της και της υπευθυνότητας της ... Ευχαριστω πολύ Κυρία Ιφιγένεια...
