Συνεννόηση Μπουζούκι !!! Πέρασε μια εβδομάδα και ακόμα περιμένω να με πάρουν τηλέφωνο να κλείσω ραντεβού για να μου φέρουν το ρουτερ !!! Καθόλου ευγενικό εκ μέρους του μαγαζιού να με τραβολογάνε και να με ταλαιπωρούν για ένα ρουτερ !! Άπο την Κίνα να το είχα παραγγείλει πιο γρήγορα θα είχε έρθει ! Παραλίγο να κλάψει ότι θα το πληρώσει από την τσέπη του. Από φιλότιμο του πέταξε ένα εικοσάρικο (μιλάμε για τηλέφωνο των 40 ευρώ) και ο γύφτος το τσέπωσε. Πλέον μόνο διασυρμός Poor service from people who make fun of big people that it is not their fault that the mobile phone broke because they did not insert the charger plug correctly and the board burned while the warranty normally bought 2 months ago is valid. The particular model was available in store, while the major online stores did not have it in stock and could not guarantee a restocking (and hence a delivery) date. The prices were the same as in their competitor online stores. It is important to point this out as excessive prices in walk-in stores is the main reason why people including myself would prefer online stores. The staff is friendly and attended to me immediately. They even installed the protective glass for the screen I bought for free! An experience that is worth sharing during my visit is that there was a customer asking for a service that they were not offering (actually, nobody offers!). I saw the staff not only trying to explain to him that this was not something they could do for him, but also suggesting solutions to his problem. They were patient and professional – just what one would expect to see when it comes to customer service. Overall, a very good experience. I would happily visit again and suggest others to do so.
