★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί υπάλληλοι αλλά από τα έξι προϊόντα που αγόρασα είχαν προς παράδοση μόνο τα τρία. Επίσης δεν κοίταξα την απόδειξη στο κατάστημα δυστυχώς και με χρέωσαν επιπλέον επέκταση εγγύησης δύο προϊόντων 115€ και 15€ παράδοση την επόμενη ημέρα χωρίς να με ενημερώσει εκείνη την στιγμή κανείς. Απαράδεκτη πολιτική. Το σύνολο των αγορών μου είναι 750€.
Τελικά πήρα τηλ. την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και επέστρεψαν τα χρήματα.
Polite and helpful employees but out of the six products I bought they had only three to deliver. Also I did not look at the receipt in the store unfortunately and they charged me an additional warranty extension of two products 115 € and 15 € delivery the next day without anyone informing me at that time. Unacceptable policy. My total purchases are € 750.
Eventually I called customer service and the money was returned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν ξέρω... σε αυτό το κατάστημα αργούνε, κάνουνε λάθη, επικρατεί μία περίεργη ατμόσφαιρα... Καλύτερα να παραγγείλεις να στο στείλουν. Αγορά κινητού την Παρασκευή 18/2 λέω θέλω να πληρώσω με κάρτα και δόσεις μετά από 20 λεπτά στο ταμείο μου κάναν γραμμάτεια νταν!!! Συν του ότι το γυαλί ηταν σαν να σου κάνουμε και χάρη. Μην μου απαντήσετε αυτά ήταν τα πραγματικά γεγονότα αυτή τη φορά. Άλλη φορά ήταν φουλ αγενείς Ευχαριστώ
