E	Evelyne Dal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα την ατυχία να επισκεφτώ το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα, που αν και στη περιοχή μου σχεδόν ποτέ δεν το προτιμώ. Έβαλα καρτα σε 3 διαφορετικά νούμερα στην οικογένεια μου διευκρινίζοντας ότι και στα 3 θέλω συγκεκριμένο πακέτο. Στα 2 πρώτα η κοπέλα έβαλε κανονικά και στο 3ο προφανώς το ξέχασε με αποτέλεσμα να χάσω τα χιλιάδες χρόνο ομιλίας, mb και sms που ήδη είχα. Αμέσως επικοινώνησα με τον υπεύθυνο, όταν αποφασίζουν να σηκώσουν το τηλέφωνο πάντα «θα με πάρει τηλ σε μισή ώρα» και φυσικά ποτέ δεν παίρνει. Έχει μιλήσει είπε με τη Cosmote για να δουν αν πράγματι είχα τόσο χρόνο κλπ- φυσικά καμία απάντηση ούτε από εκεί. Όσα χρόνια έχουμε What’s up και βάζουμε καρτα κάθε μήνα όλη η οικογένεια σε αλλά καταστήματα ποτέ δεν έχει τύχη ξανά. Δεν θα το αφήσω έτσι. I had the misfortune to visit this store, which although in my area I almost never prefer. I put a card in 3 different numbers in my family, clarifying that in all 3 I want a specific package. In the first 2 the girl put in normally and in the 3rd she obviously forgot, as a result of which I lost the thousands of talk time, mb and sms that I already had. I immediately contacted the person in charge, when they decide to pick up the phone, always "he will call me in half an hour" and of course he never gets it. He has talked to Cosmote to see if I really had that much time etc- of course no answer from there either. All the years we have What’s up and we put a card every month the whole family in but stores never has luck again. I will not leave it like that.
C	Christos Angelopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εδώ και 15 μέρες προσπαθώ να έρθω σε επαφή με το κατάστημα για να μου στείλουν το QR code mobile δεδομένων που μου είπαν ότι θα προωθούσαν στο mail μου την ημέρα που πλήρωσα (15 μέρες πριν). Απαράδεκτοι, μου είπαν όταν πλήρωσα ότι σε 6 ώρες θα μου προωθήσουν το mail και και αν δεν το στείλουν να πάρω ένα τηλέφωνο για να γίνει η προωθήσει, μετα από 6 ώρες βέβαια το κατάστημα ήταν κλειστό και 15 μέρες μετα κάθε μέρα παίρνω τηλέφωνο χωρίς να απαντάει κανείς. Ντροπή!! Τώρα δεν μπορώ να χρησιμοποιήσω τα δεδομένα που χρεώνομαι κανονικά από την sim που είχα πριν επιχειρήσω να την ψηφιοποιήσω! Αίσχος. For the past 15 days I have been trying to contact the store to have them send me the QR code mobile data they told me they would forward to my mail the day I paid (15 days ago). Unacceptable, they told me when I paid that in 6 hours they will forward the mail to me and if they do not send it I will get a phone to make the forwarding, after 6 hours of course the store was closed and 15 days after every day I get a phone call without one answers. Shame!! Now I can not use the data that I normally charge from the sim I had before trying to digitize it! Shame.
D	DESPINA ANDRE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπήρχαν πελάτες στον χώρο που δεν φόραγαν μάσκα κ άλλοι που ήταν είχαν κατεβάσει! Κανένας απ' το προσωπικό δεν έκανε παρατήρηση! There were customers in the area who did not wear a mask and others who were down! None of the staff made a comment!
