★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a joke! I order a pair of Aipods online and i chose to pay for the delivery as well which takes 1-2 business working days. I never got them and i spent a lot of time calling the customer support which is racist replying :this is Greece and it is normal that we dont speak Greek and you need to learn Greek. I guess that is how the market works here, if you dont speak the language you are screwed. Nobody knew and still doesnt know where the product is and the courier is a complete joke by saying that i didnt know the name of the bell, so he came without letting know while i was at work. Still i decided to get it another day calling the customer support saying that he will come tomorrow but we dont know what time so i guess i have to stop working for an entire week in order to get the product which i paid for and as well as for the delivery! 1 week know and still poor customer support and the problem was not resolved. I mean i get products from Amazon in less the 3 days.Asked for refund and was told that it takes up to 15 days. Of course getting the money is immediate but refunding them takes ages!
Worst experience ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually like the products and the service, but last time I went I wanted an Apple Pencil and they guy tried to sell me one that was already open in a box telling me this is the way it comes, I didn’t take it(it was the last 1) I went to another store where they gave me a brand new one wrapped and never touched.

Cons: same products same prices with all relevant stores in computers laptops and accessories department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a laptop last January and 2 months after that started to shut down on its own with blue screen and errors for the hard disk.
I went there to repair it and they say that it doesn't have any issues. I went also to a different technician and in just 5 minutes found that the hard disk is broken. It's almost a year and I went there 3 times in total and they still tell me that it doesn't have any problems. They don't repair it, replace it or give me back my money or even tell me what's wrong with it.
The worst experience I've ever had with this company and unfortunately not the only one.
I think the only solution is to go to the consumer ombudsman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My swift experience was f good. Despite being a day before Christmas ? the store was relatively empty and I was in and out within minutes. Staff explained pros and cons of product. On total a satisfying shopping experience.
