I	Ioanna Nikolaou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΧΩΡΙΣ καμία λογική εξήγηση, αρνήθηκαν να μου κάνουν ανανέωση συμβολαίου ενώ ήμουν εφοδιασμένη με ειδική εξουσιοδότηση και ειδική συμβολαιογραφικο πληρεξούσιο. 20 χρόνια στην cosmote λειτουργω με τα εγγραφα αυτα και ακούμε ηλιθιες δικαιολογίες από κάθε έναν μη σχετικό, που νομίζει προφανώς ότι περνούσαμε για βόλτα. WITHOUT any logical explanation, they refused to renew my contract while I was provided with a special authorization and a special notarial power of attorney. I have been working with these documents for 20 years at cosmote and we hear stupid excuses from everyone unrelated, who obviously thinks we were going for a walk.
Π	Παντελής Φλωρόπουλος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα το Σάββατο 12-2-2022 το κατάστημα και ζήτησα ένα καλώδιο και έναν φορτιστή ταχείας φόρτισης της apple για iphone xs. Όταν πήγα στο σπίτι, διαπίστωσα ότι το καλώδιο που μου είχαν δώσει δεν διέφερε σε τίποτα από το παλιό (απλής φόρτισης) που είχα και ο φορτιστής ήταν 5 W αντί για 20 W που έπρεπε, όπως είχα διαβάσει, να είναι. Όταν επέστρεψα το καλώδιο και τον φορτιστή την ίδια ημέρα στο κατάστημα, αρχικά προσπάθησαν να με πείσουν ότι το καλώδιο και ο φορτιστής των 5W που μου είχαν δώσει ήταν… ταχείας φόρτισης, στη δε παρατήρησή μου ότι δεν είναι δυνατόν να είναι ταχείας φόρτισης ένας φορτιστής 5W, και ότι τέτοιον είχα ήδη και φυσικά δεν ήταν ταχείας φόρτισης, μου απάντησαν ότι ήταν… παλιάς τεχνολογίας ο δικός μου φορτιστής των 5W! Φυσικά δεν πείστηκα και επέμεινα να μου αντικαταστήσουν τα εμπορεύματα με αυτά που είχα αρχικά ζητήσει (καλώδιο και φορτιστή ταχείας φόρτισης) πράγμα που τελικά έκαναν. Άν υπήρχε αξιολόγηση μικρότερη του ενός αστεριού θα την επέλεγα. Δημοσιεύω την αξιολόγησή μου προς το σκοπό να μην επαναληφθεί η ίδια συμπεριφορά σε άλλον κατανσλωτή. I visited the store on Saturday 12-2-2022 and asked for a cable and an apple quick charge charger for iphone xs. When I went home, I found that the cable they had given me was no different from the old (single charge) I had and the charger was 5 W instead of the 20 W it should have been, as I had read. When I returned the cable and charger to the store the same day, they first tried to convince me that the 5W cable and charger they had given me was… fast charging, and to my observation that a 5W charger could not be fast charging. , and that I already had such and of course it was not fast charging, I was told that it was… old technology my own 5W charger! Of course I was not convinced and insisted that my goods be replaced with what I had originally requested (cable and quick charger) which they eventually did. If there was a rating of less than one star I would choose it. I publish my assessment in order not to repeat the same behavior to another consumer.

Μπραβο για την εξυπηρετηση και την βοηθεια που ειχα απο τον νεαρο υπαλληλο στο να μεταφερω τα δεδομενα μου απο το παλιο μου κινητο στο καινουργιο (διαφορετικης εταιρειας συσκευες). Εκπληκτικος!!!!? I have only good words to say about this store. Well done for the service and help I had from the young employee in transferring my data from my old cell phone to the new one (different company devices). Amazing !!!! ?

We were planning on going to Golden Hall to activate our SIM cards as my husband and I changed from our old server to Cosmote. We couldn’t go because of the snow. We called at ten to one and a very sweet female employee guided my husband through the process. She stayed on the phone with us after she could leave at 1 to make sure everything was completed. Customer service is paramount at this Cosmote shop.
