Lack of professionalism. Too long a delay in service, resulting in stress and nerves. In the end, the order I had placed never went through. Pity!

Πήρα τηλέφωνο να με ενημερώσουν για την διαθεσιμότητα της LG77G16 για να προχωρήσω σε αγορά και αντί να με καλέσουν, αλλάξαν την τιμή χωρίς να με πάρουν καν πίσω τηλέφωνο. Είναι αυτή εικόνα επαγγελματία ? I have no words. I got a call to let me know about the availability of the LG77G16 to proceed with the purchase and instead of calling me, they changed the price without even taking me back. Is this image professional?
Μ	Μάνος Μπερτάκης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι και αντιεπαγγελματικοί!!! Παρήγγειλα μία τηλεόραση στις αρχές Νοεμβρίου. Υποτίθεται ότι σε 3-7 εργάσιμες θα έπρεπε να την είχα παραλάβει. Μετά από 3 Εβδομάδες που μου έλεγαν από μέρα σε μέρα ότι την περιμένουν τελικά μου απάντησαν << Δεν σας είπα να περιμένετε? Δεν ξέρουμε πότε θα έρθει και αν δεν μπορείτε να περιμένετε μπορούμε να ακυρώσουμε την παραγγελία>>. Προφανώς την ακύρωσα μετά από 3 Εβδομάδες Αναμονής. Το λυπηρό είναι ότι προσπαθούμε να υποστηρίξουμε τις μικρότερες αλυσίδες ώστε να υπάρχει υγιής ανταγωνισμός αλλά δυστυχώς όταν κάποιοι δεν σέβονται τα χρήματα και τις ανάγκες των καταναλωτών κάτι τέτοιο δεν είναι εφικτό. Unacceptable and unprofessional !!! I ordered a TV in early November. Supposedly in 3-7 working days I should have received it. After 3 weeks they told me day by day that they were waiting for her, they finally answered << I did not tell you to wait? We do not know when it will come and if you can not wait we can cancel the order >>. I obviously canceled it after 3 Weeks of Waiting. The sad thing is that we try to support the smaller chains so that there is healthy competition but unfortunately when some do not respect the money and the needs of consumers this is not possible.
