Βουλιαγμενης 217 αρνήθηκαν να λύσουν πρόβλημα σχετικό με την συνδεσιμότητα του κινητού μου, παραπέμποντάς με στο κατάστημα cosmote Ηλιούπολης όπου έλυσαν το πρόβλημα, διαβεβαιώνοντας εμένα προσωπικά αλλά ενημερώνοντας τηλεφωνικά και την εταιρεία ότι μπορούσαν και όφειλαν να είχαν λύσει το πρόβλημα εξ'αρχής αντί να αρνηθούν ταλαιπωρώντας με άσκοπα !!! Ντροπή! Ως ελάχιστη αποζημίωση η cosmote μου έκανε δώρο επιπλέον megabits. On 4/10/2020 in the Germanos store on the ave. Vouliagmenis 217 refused to solve the problem related to the connectivity of my mobile phone, referring me to the cosmote store in Ilioupolis where they solved the problem, assuring me personally but informing the company by phone that they could and should have solved the problem from the beginning instead of denying trouble with no need !!! Shame! As a minimum compensation, cosmote gave me an extra megabits as a gift.

(Η βλάβη αποκαταστάθηκε μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά από άλλον τεχνικό.) Με δύο λόγια αγένεια και έλλειψη γνώσης. Αφού προχωρήσαμε μέσα δεν γνώριζαν την υπηρεσία που ζητούσαμε, μέχρι έως ότου μας πουν ότι μπορούν να μας εξυπηρετήσουν κατόπιν παραγγελίας. We waited at the entrance, with the certificates for inspection, no one paid attention to us, although not all employees had a client. After we went inside they did not know the service we were asking for, until they told us that they could serve us on order.
v	vaggi soumel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέσα Δεκεμβρίου.. παραγγέλνω από το eshop και ορίζω παραλαβή από το κατάστημα.. από τις 14/12 έως 25/12 που έστειλα το email να το ακυρώσω ενημέρωση καμια. Ούτε φαινόταν με τον κωδικό ότι ήταν στο κατάστημα ή παραγγελία. Αφού δεν απάντησε κανείς στο μειλ 1ο τηλέφωνο στις 29/12 για ακύρωση όπου με ενημερώνει τηλεφωνικά ότι η παραγγελία ήταν στο κατάστημα από 17/12.. έπρεπε βλέπετε να μυρισουμε τα νύχια μας... και με ενημερώνει ακόμα ότι για να γίνει επιστροφή χρημάτων πρέπει πρώτα να επιστραφεί το προϊόν στην αποθήκη για να το ελέγξουν. Ένα προϊόν ΠΟΥ ΔΕΝ ΠΑΡΕΛΑΒΑ ΠΟΤΕ. Οκ λέω δλδ πόσο καιρό; μια εβδομάδα δέκα μέρες.. εννοείται περνούν οι μέρες νέα email και ναι ΚΑΜΙΑ ΣΤΙΓΜΗ ΜΟΥ ΑΠΑΝΤΑΝΕ!!!!!! Ότι έγινε η αποδέσμευση του ποσού και θα μπει σε 15 μέρες στην τράπεζα... έχουν περάσει 20 μέρες και ακόμα περιμένω.... ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΟΣ ΤΡΟΠΟΣ ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΙΑΣ ΤΟΥ ESHOP ΣΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΤΗΣ ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΗΣ ΣΑΣ ΑΠΛΑ. ΜΑΚΡΙΆ In mid-December .. I order from the eshop and I set a receipt from the store .. from 14/12 to 25/12 when I sent the email to cancel it, update any.
