Πώς να είμαι ευχαριστημένος; A mobile phone bought from a German store was sent for repair for the third time in a year and a half, presenting the same damage. How can I be happy?

Οποτε παμε στο κατάστημα να ρωτήσουμε για την εξελιξη μονο που δεν μας δέρνουν. Μας απαντάνε επικριτικά πως "βιαστικοί είστε" " Μην ανησυχείτε θα έρθουν ". Απαράδεκτο. I am waiting for 1 whole month for the devices I have ordered to renew my contract to arrive. Whenever we go to the store to ask about the development only they do not beat us. They reply critically that "you are in a hurry" "Do not worry they will come". Unacceptable.
m	manos giannikis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι πιο άθλιο έχω συναντήσει σε εξυπηρέτηση, 1 κινητό 14 μέρες. Δεν το επισκευασαν ακόμα και κάθε φορά μου λένε μεθαύριο. Καλο κλείσιμο! The most miserable I have encountered in service, 1 mobile 14 days. They did not repair it even every time they tell me the day after tomorrow. Good closing!
S	St Na on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα το τάμπλετ για επισκευή 3 φορές. Τη πρώτη επισκευάστηκε και άντεξε ένα μήνα. Παρουσίασε τη ίδια βλάβη μετά 1 μήνα, το πάω 2η. Μου λένε φέρε το τροφοδοτικό. 3η φορά το πάω μαζί με το τροφοδοτικό. Μου λένε πέρασε σε λίγο δεν είναι ο τεχνικός. Δηλαδή τι σε λίγο; Δεν μπορούσαν να το παραλάβουν και να με ειδοποιήσουν να δώσω εξηγήσεις; Είναι ανάγκη να πάω 4 φορές; Εξυπηρέτηση μηδέν!
