Πήγα να αλλάξω ένα ατμοσίδερο που είχα αγοράσει πριν πέντε μέρες λόγο ελαττώματτος επειδή έσταζε και η πλάκα κολλούσε πάνω στα ρούχα, και ο ιδιοκτήτης πως δεν με έβρισε. Ήταν αγενής ειρωνικός και δεν ήταν στην αρχή πρόθυμος να κάνει αντικατάσταση του προϊόντος. Τελικά με έστειλε στο συνεργαζομενο με την εταιρεία σέρβις εφόσον ήμουν ανενδοτη να δεχθώ να πάρω πίσω το ελαττωματικό προϊόν. Unacceptable. Eventually he sent me to the partner with the service company since I was adamant to accept to take back the defective product.

E	Edi Myrto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπάλληλοι και Διαχειριστές που λένε ψέματα.αγόρασα τηλεόραση και μέσα στην εγγύηση χάλασε, την έστειλα 3 φορές να την φτιάξω και στο τέλος μου είπαν ότι φταίει η εταιρεία που την έβγαλε με ελάττωμα.Πέρασε. Πολύ δυσαρεστημένος με αυτό το κατάστημα και το προσωπικό του. Employees and Managers who lie. I bought a TV and it broke in the warranty, I sent it 3 times to fix it and in the end they told me that it was the fault of the company that took it out with a defect. It passed. Very unhappy with this store and its staff.
g	geo sui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα να επιστρέψω ένα βραστήρα που αγόρασα πριν από 2 ημέρες, εννοείται αχρησιμοποίητο, με την αιτιολογία πως ο παλιός μου βραστήρας τελικά είναι μέσα στην εγγύηση και δε θα χρειαστώ τον καινούριο. Ζήτησα λοιπόν να μου επιστραφούν τα χρήματα και ο ιδιοκτήτης αρνήθηκε λέγοντας πως δε γίνεται πουθενά αυτό. Όταν του είπα πως το έχω ξανακάνει, απάντησε πως 25-30 χρόνια που είναι στην αγορά (γιατί από εκεί προκύπτει όλη η αλαζονεία) δεν συμβαίνει αυτό. Να συμφωνήσω πως η ευθύνη είναι δική μου και δεν είχα τσεκάρει την εγγύηση. Αλλά ακόμα κι αν για οποιοδήποτε λόγο ήθελα απλά να επιστρέψω ένα αχρησιμοποίητο προϊόν, το λιγότερο που θα μπορούσαν θα ήταν να ενημερώνουν με την αγορά πως η επιστροφή χρημάτων δεν είναι εφικτή. Πήρα απλά το πιστωτικό για να αγοράσω κάτι άλλο και εννοείται δεν πρόκειται να ξαναπάω. I went to return a kettle I bought 2 days ago, of course unused, on the grounds that my old kettle is finally under warranty and I will not need a new one. So I asked for my money back and the owner refused, saying that it could not be done anywhere. Αγορά πληντυριου για επαγγελματικό χώρο μετά από δική τους προτροπή για το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο παρουσίασε βλάβη εντός της εγγύησης. Όταν απευθύνθηκα για την επισκευή με ενημέρωσαν ότι δεν το καλύπτει εγγύηση γιατι πρόκειται για επαγγελματικό χώρο.....!!!!τους εξηγώ ότι δεν με ενημέρωσαν ποτε ότι δεν ισχύει η εγγύηση σε τέτοια περίπτωση ώστε να μην κάνω την αγορά κ η απάντηση του ήταν ότι δεν είναι δική τους ευθύνη παρα μόνο να παρακαλέσω το service μήπως το καλύψουν. Καταγγελία στο ινστιτούτο καταναλωτή κ ας βγάλουν άκρη μαζί τους.. If there was a rating with - be sure it would all be yours !!!! unacceptable.
