★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς η ποικιλία των προϊόντων δεν ήταν η αναμενόμενη. Και το προϊόν που ζητούσα αντί για 15€ του είχαν προσθέσει κάποιο επιπλέον άσχετο προϊόν και το κόστος ανέβαινε στα 45€! Ευτυχώς που λίγο πιο κάτω υπάρχει άλλο κατάστημα άλλης αλυσίδας με τη σωστή τιμή...
 Unfortunately the variety of products was not as expected. And the product I was asking for instead of 15 € they had added some extra irrelevant product and the cost went up to 45 €! Fortunately, a little further down there is another store of another chain with the right price ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα παραγγείλει ηλεκτρονικά με παραλαβή από το κατάστημα του Βύρωνα. Αδιαφορούσαν επιδεικτικά για μία ώρα και μας έλεγαν να επικοινωνήσουμε οι ίδιοι με το κέντρο παραγγελιών μέχρι να αποφασίσουν να μας εξυπηρετήσουν. Ακόμα κι όταν κάλεσα για βλάβη δεν ήταν καθόλου εξυπηρετικοί και με παρέπεμψαν στον κατασκευαστή χωρίς να με ενημερώσουν για τίποτα!
I had ordered electronically upon receipt from the Byron store. They ostentatiously did not care for an hour and told us to contact the order center ourselves until they decided to serve us. Even when I called for damage they were not helpful at all and they referred me to the manufacturer without informing me about anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ούτε 1 αστέρι δεν αξίζει αλλά δεν εχο επιλογη'. Πήραν δυο βδομαδας να μ πλοξκηρωσουν αίτηση για ιντερνετ αφού χρειαστηξρ να τους ψάχνω ατα τηλέφωνα και να πάω 2 φπρες απ το κατάστημα, ´εριμενοντας τουλάχιστον 1 ώρα σε ουρά που μόνο προτερεοτητα δεν τηρούνταν καθος ο κάθε ποκραμενος έμπαινε να κάνει μια ερπτηση προσπερνοντας την ουρά, η οποία ερώτηση κρατουσα κανένα 15 λεπτό. Εκτός αυτού αφού εξυπηρθετηξα μετά από 1 ώρα, διαπιστώθηκε πως δεν ριχε γίνει καν αίτηση τόσο καιρό άρα κάναμε εκ νέου, ψστοσο τελευταία στιγμή ακυρώθηκε το ραντβεξυ εγκαταστασης του ιντερνρτ. Ε αστοδιαλο τα γιουτιουμπ τουτοριαλς τι τα έχουμε, 0/10 κλείστε το το μαγαζακι
Not even 1 star is worth it but I have no choice '. It took me two weeks to apply for internet since I had to look up their phones and go 2 times from the store, Waiting at least 1 hour in a queue that only priority was not observed as each pokraman came in to crawl past the queue which question I held no 15 minutes. Besides, after I served after 1 hour, it was found that no application had been made for so long, so we did it again, but at the last minute, the internet installation appointment was canceled. What do we have on the YouTube tutorials, 0/10 close the shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked if i could transfer my number from another company to Cosmote What's Up. An employee replied ironically and informed me that I had to sign a contract with Cosmote in order to transfer my number. It would cost me monthly twice the price I was paying.
Of course he was lying and I managed to do so by calling Cosmote customer service.
I do understand that there are sales targets and maybe commission schemes, but such behaviours are by far unacceptable and ridiculous.
