Ν	Νίκος Ηλίας on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ εκανα τηλεφωνικα 2 παραγγελιες (για κινητο που ηταν σε προσφορα) στο καταστημα με διαφορα μιας ημερας. παρολο που μου ειπαν οτι θα τα φερουν, την επομενη βδομαδα αρχισαν τα δεν ερχονται, και καντε υπομονη 2 μερες ακομα, υπαρχουν οι παραγγελιες στο συστημα κτλ κτλ. τελικα καταληξαμε πως δεν μπορουν να με εξυπηρετησουνε. I made 2 orders by phone (for a mobile phone that was on offer) in the store with a difference of one day. although they told me that they would bring them, the next week they started not coming, and be patient for 2 more days, there are orders in the system etc etc. finally we concluded that they can not serve me.

Ευγενέστατοι όλοι τους, έμπειροι επαγγελματίες και με μεγάλη προθυμία να βοηθήσουν και να σου προσφέρουν την καλύτερη, και όχι οπωσδήποτε την ακριβότερη, λύση. Ειδικά ο κος Χρήστος είναι χρυσός άνθρωπος! Με έχει σώσει πολλές φορές, μιας και είμαι άσχετη σε θέματα τεχνολογίας. Μπράβο Flawless all of them. Whatever problem I have with electronic devices or telephony issues I go to this store. All of them are very kind, experienced professionals and with great willingness to help and offer you the best, and not necessarily the most expensive, solution. Especially Mr. Christos is a golden man! It has saved me many times since I am irrelevant to technology. Well done

Πέμπτη έκανα συμβόλαιο για δυο χρόνια για interent ενώ ενημέρωσα τον υπευθύνου οτι θα μπει σε απομακρυσμένο προορισμό και δεν έχω εύκολη πρόσβαση σε κατάστημα, επέλεξε να μου δώσει όχι απλά ανακαινισμένο εξοπλισμό αλλά και κλειδωμένο από προηγούμενο χρήστη που είχε αλλάξει username και password. Στην πορεία και αφού πήγα το κοντινότερο κατάστημα Γερμανος (35 χιλιόμετρα από το σπίτι) ανακάλυψα οτι ο εξοπλισμός που είχα χρεωθεί ήταν άλλος, καλύτερο modem για μεγαλυτερη ταχύτητα, ενώ είχα παραλάβει το ελλαττωματικό και χρησιμοποιημένο mopdem. Φυσικά καμία συγνώμη καμία παραδοχή του λάθους ούτε για τα μάτια του κόσμου μια δωρεάν παροχή κάτι για να δείξουν μεταμέλεια.
