Εν τέλει έφυγα και αγόρασα αυτό το μυστικό όπλο σε άλλο κατάστημα που ειδικεύεται στην εξωγήινη τεχνολογία. Εγγυώνται πράγματα που αναιρούν οι τεχνικοί της ΟΤΕ μετά. Είναι ωραίο να λες ψέματα στους πελάτες σου και να μην θέλεις να τους εξυπηρετήσεις ούτε τηλεφωνικά!

Οι υπάλληλοι δεν την δεχόντουσαν και δεν γνώριζαν και τον λόγο! Με παρέπεμψαν στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο και όταν τους ζήρησα να κάνουν οι ίδιοι την συννενόηση αρνήθηκαν και μου είπαν οτι πρέπει να το κάνω εγώ. Κάλεσα το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο και περίμενα 45 λεπτά να απαντήσουν. ολη αυτή την ώρα είμουν μέσα στο κατάστημα και δεν ασχολήθηκε κανείς. Ακύρωσα την παραγγελία και ζήτησα από τον υπάλληλο να μου δώσει τηλέφωνα και στοιχεία υπευθύνου, με παρέπεμψε πάλι στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο! να τους χαίρεστε τους υπαλλήλους σας και στο Γερμανό και σε όποιν έχει το franchise One star only for unacceptable customer service.
