P	Panagiotis Gkiokas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν ξέρω αν πρόκειται για σύμπτωση, αλλά έχω πάει 7 φορές (σε περίοδο κάποιων ετών) και δεν έχω εξυπηρετηθεί καμία. Πάω για βεβαίωση αριθμού, μου δίνουν λάθος χαρτί το οποίο η τράπεζα απορρίπτει. Πάω για μεταβίβαση αριθμού, δεν λειτουργεί το σύστημα και μου λένε να ξαναπάω. Όταν ξαναπάω, βάζουν λάθος ΑΦΜ. Με την τρίτη το πετύχαμε. Πάω να αγοράσω εισιτήρια για village (παλιότερα το κάναμε αυτό στο Γερμανό), έχει πέσει το σύστημα (2 διαφορετικές περιστάσεις). Πάω να βάλω μεμβράνη στην οθόνη του κινητού (παλιότερα πάλι), μου λέει καλύτερα βαλτη μόνος σου μη στη βάλω λάθος και στο χαλάσω. Το προσωπικό είναι φιλικό και σχετικά πρόθυμο. I go for a number certificate, they give me the wrong paper which the bank rejects. I am going for a number transfer, the system does not work and I am told to go again. When I go again, they put the wrong VAT number. On the third we succeeded. I'm going to buy village tickets (we used to do this in German), the system has crashed (2 different circumstances). I'm going to put a film on the screen of the mobile phone (older again), it tells me better to swamp it yourself, do not put it wrong and spoil it. The staff is friendly and relatively willing.

Μου ήρθαν 2 email επιβεβαίωσης της παραγγελίας με ένδειξη "Διαθέσιμο τώρα". Μετά από 2 ημέρες αναζήτησα την παραγγελία γιατί δεν είχα καμία ενημέρωση και μου είπαν από την εξυπηρέτηση του Γερμανού να μιλήσω με το κατάστημα. Η εξυπηρέτηση του καταστήματος απαράδεκτη και τουλάχιστον αγενής! Το προσωπικό που μίλησα με απαξιοτικό ύφος μου έλεγε οτι δεν έβλεπε καμιά παραγγελία γιατί δεν την είχα κάνει σωστά!!!Μια παραγγελία για την οποία είχα λάβει 2 email επιβεβαίωσης από το e-shop τους και που έβλεπαν στην τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση του e-shop τους!!!Αγαπητοί κύριοι, σε ένα κόσμο που πλέον οι ηλεκτρονικές παραγγελίες είναι καθημερινότητα πρέπει να γνωρίζετε οτι ξέρουμε τι είναι και πως γίνεται μια ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία! Αν τα συστήματα σας δεν σας βοηθούν να διαχειριστείτε τις παραγγελίες αυτό είναι δικό σας πρόβλημα και μόνο! Φυσικά ακύρωσα την παραγγελία άμεσα! Δεν θα σας παρακαλάμε να μας πουλήσετε ένα προιόν και κυρίως δεν είμαστε υποχρεωμένοι να ανεχόμαστε την ειρωνεία, την αγένεια και την έλλειψη διάθεσης εξυπηρέτησης από το κατάστημά σας. Online order from the German's e-shop for a TV show that was available for IMMEDIATE RECEIPT from the St. Petersburg store. I received 2 orders confirming the email with the indication "Available now". After 2 days I searched for the order because I had no information and I was told by the German service to talk to the store. The service of the store is unacceptable and at least rude! The staff I spoke to in a disparaging manner told me that they did not see any order because I had not done it correctly !!! An order for which I had received 2 confirmation emails from their e-shop and which they saw in the telephone service of their e-shop Dear Sirs, in a world where electronic orders are now a daily occurrence, you should know that we know what it is and how an electronic order is made! If your systems do not help you manage your orders this is your only problem! Of course I canceled the order immediately! We will not ask you to sell us a product and above all we are not obliged to tolerate the irony, rudeness and lack of service from your store.
