★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a freezer this morning and the service from the lady I spoke to on the phone was excellent .
I specifically asked if it was brand new and not an exhibition piece which she politely confirmed that it was .
HOWEVER , this afternoon I received a phone call from an extremely rude gentleman Mr. D ( he threatened to sue if I used his full first name .) telling me that they only have an exhibition piece and the price would stay the same !! I replied by repeating the facts and telling him that it’s illogical.
The reply I got from Mr D was that I should cancel my order . Which I did .!!!
I am in the position now to revise my review saying that a Mr M was in touch with me the same night and informed me that there is a brand new freezer in stock and would be delivered on Friday morning.
As I was not able to get such quick delivery from another store I called him back and agreed to have it delivered on Friday morning.
Today is Friday . A brand new freezer was delivered . Thank you again to Mr M for dealing with the issue quickly and effectively.
