Παρήγγειλα ένα ανταλλακτικό και επι10 μέρες τώρα παίρνω τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσω εάν ήρθε και μου απαντάνε ότι δεν γνωρίζουν. Με παρεπεμψαν στον ίδιο τον κ.Γιαννακο για τα παραπονα μου. Λυπαμαι για την αρνητική κριτικη αλλα θεωρω απαραδεκτη την απάντησή "δεν ξέρω" επι τρια συνεχη συναπτά τηλεφωνήματα.
The store has trouble organizing for customer service. I ordered a replacement and for 10 days now I call to ask if they came and they replied that they do not know. They referred me to Mr. Yiannakos for my complaints. I am sorry for the negative criticism but I find the answer "I do not know" to be repeated consecutive consecutive phone calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αίσχος, για το ίδιο ανταλλακτικό Που ρώτησα, τη μια μέρα 35 €, την επόμενη το χρεωνε 100 €..
Δήθεν ότι είχε μόνο γνήσιο ενώ ήταν φανερά ιμιτασιον.(τελείως διαφορετικό από της μάνας του)Το ίδιο ακριβώς είχε online ο Δουλης και ο Νικολάου με 35 ευρω

Shame, for the same spare that I asked, one day 35 €, the next one charged 100 € ..
Supposedly, he only had a real one, while he was obviously an imitator (completely different from his mother). Doulis and Nikolaou had exactly the same online for 35 euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι τιμές είναι φωτιά και εκτός αυτού ο κάθε υπάλληλος σε χρεώνει ότι θέλει για το ίδιο το προϊόν. Την μια μέρα το παίρνω 8€, την άλλη 10€ και την άλλη 12€!! Εννοείται και έκανα παράπονα αλλά η απάντηση ήταν ότι μ κάνει ότι καλύτερη τιμή μπορεί! Απαράδεκτη οργάνωση.
Prices are on fire and in addition each employee charges you whatever he wants for the product itself. One day I get it 8 €, the next 10 € and the next 12 € !! Of course I complained but the answer was that it does the best price it can! Unacceptable organization.
