Πολύ κακή επιλογή εταιρείας courier, με μεγάλο κόστος μεταφορικών.
Απαράδεκτη καθυστέρηση από την εταιρία courier και καμία λύση από το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος.

Very bad choice of courier company, with high shipping costs.
Unacceptable delay from the courier company and no solution from the online department service department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (+) Γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση, σωστή συσκευασία του προϊόντος, ενημέρωση σε κάθε βήμα της παραγγελίας, η καλύτερη τιμή που βρήκα για το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν πανελλαδικά!
(-) Το προϊόν που παρέλαβα (αφυγραντήρας) πιθανότατα ήταν το εκθεσιακό διότι στα δεξιά φαινόταν ίχνη από αυτοκόλλητα (πιθανότατα προσφοράς - φωτογραφία 1) ενώ στην μέση του αφυγραντήρα υπήρχε ένα μικρό χτύπημα 1-2 εκατοστών (φωτογραφία 2). Προφανώς και αυτό δεν μειώνει την αξία του μηχανήματος ως απόδοση, όμως θα ήταν καλό να ενημερώνεται ο πελάτης εφόσον πρόκειται για το εκθεσιακό προϊόν ή υπάρχει ένα ανεπαίσθητο χτύπημα! Προφανώς για αυτό ήταν και η χαμηλότερη τιμή! Προσωπικά και πάλι θα το αγόραζα αλλά επαναλαμβάνω θα έπρεπε να ήμουν ενήμερος.
(+) Fast service, correct packaging of the product, information at every step of the order, the best price I found for this product nationwide!
(-) The product I received (dehumidifier) was probably the exhibition one because on the right there were traces of stickers (probably supply - photo 1) while in the middle of the dehumidifier there was a small hit of 1-2 cm (photo 2). Obviously this does not reduce the value of the machine as a performance, but it would be good to inform the customer if it is the exhibition product or there is an imperceptible hit! Obviously for this it was the lowest price! Personally I would buy it again but I repeat I should have been aware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend it, I bought a few products, they didn't have two of them and they sent me some random products and hoped I wouldn't say anything. Now I have to wait for the courier and my money back. One big failure.
The courier is also unable to send on time, they do not want to return the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service by friendly staff. I went in to "just look" and ended up buying a corner unit settee, 8 garden chairs and and a set of garden furniture at sale prices. I feel I got value for money and most importantly the furniture was delivered to my home promptly and free of charge. The driver was very helpful in making sure everything was put in place properly. I will definitely shop there again in the future.
