★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best gym in Kalamata. The coach is always there for you, the equipment is in excellent condition and the prices are very convenient and flexible for everyone. The price per session is 2.5 euros only.
I highly recommend it both for beginners and people that take weight lifting more seriously!
