★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very cozy and quiet place with nice staff and good food. I highly recommend the traditional Giouvetsi with chicken and trouffles. It is a mix made of rice and vegetables, chicken and troffles. It was very delicious! They have good wine options and also a variety of local products. Enjoy! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A unique place. Greek traditional dishes with a well balanced gourmet touch. Exceptional quality, excellent service, moderately priced all in a cozy environment. The wine list is well stacked. The 'thrapsalo' kalamari and the traditional pasta from Mani should be considered. Easy to find, the area makes for a fine after-dinner stroll. If you find yourself in Kalamata, a layback, cared-for city, clean and safe in itself, seek the Oinopantopoleion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible food and service! This place has a back yard patio and on a hot day is the best place to be since it’s equipped with fans and trees for shade. Try everything, there isn’t a dish that we haven’t liked yet. Personal favourite: sausage with feta!

Good choice of wines.
Unfortunately, on the second evening here I had a lemon with mold served to me with my burger patties.

First the main course and after our notice they brought us the appetizers. The excused was that they couldn't find our table and if we wanted them, we should have ask for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The starters were original and intriguing that we didn't even order a main course. The sour dough bread heavenly fresh and warm. Beautifully presented plates which did not disappoint when tasted. Will be back for more satisfying dishes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was so good! Made with love and care. The melon and cucumber soup was great for the crazy heatwave. The courtyard at the back is peaceful, where you still get good service. My favourite place in Kalamata.
