Удачное расположение: тихое место, из большинства балконов прекрассный вид на зеленные древесные холмы, до пляжа минут 10 пешком, до центра - 5 мин, до магазина, где всё есть - 5 мин, до Lidle на машине - 3 мин. В номерах очень чисто, регулярно убирается. В номерах мы преимущественно ночевали, готовили кушать и не ощущали никакого дискомфорта. Небольшой душ, но это не существенно, на фоне всех достоинств. Лучшее соотношение цены и качества. Очень рекомендую! You will get the best service here. George (host) is a very professional and helpful host. You can always turn to him for advice and help, and you will always be pleasantly surprised and satisfied. Convenient location: quiet location, from most balconies a beautiful view of the green tree hills, 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the center, 5 minutes to the store where everything is, and 3 minutes to Lidle by car. The rooms are very clean, cleaned regularly. We mostly spent the night in the rooms, cooked meals and did not feel any discomfort. A small shower, but this is not essential, against the background of all the advantages. The best ratio of price and quality. Highly recommend!

Close to the restaurants, cafées and shops of Kallithea and the sea was just 8 minutes walk. Giorgios is a great host, very concerned for your well-being and most helpful with everything. N	Nick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything people are saying about the host Giorgios is true a really really nice guy, couldn't be more helpful or attentive. Apartment was clean and a decent size with a queen bed and balcony. Modern decor and nice bathroom and little kitchenette fridge hob sink etc but no kettle for your cuppa though I'm sure Giorgios would find one for you if you asked. Free aircon and wifi unlike a lot of other places. No view as such but only 2 mins from shops and restaurants and maybe 8 mins to the beach so no biggy. Beach nearby is ok but really you want to hire a car and explore you can find some amazing beaches less than 20mins drive. Overall a really enjoyable stay thank you Giorgios!
