Oscar sun apartments Kallithea - Nikis

I visit this hotel for the last 10 years, each summer. The stuff is the best I’ve seen, all the women there are super helpful and friendly. I recommend without any doubt.

If you want to get robbed go with Oscar appts. Anna robbed us with $300 when we tried to cancel/modify our reservation. We couldn’t get QR code required for entry in the country.She refused even to postpone the reservation for the future. She’s never heard of customer service it seems! I hope this review prevents others from being scammed!

Dear Vasiliki, Personally, I saw a rat from the roof of a hotel that entered the apartments. And you are quite unpleasant and arrogant. Personally, I'm dealing with hotel reviews, and I know what kindness is and what is not. Rats and ants are attracted to poor hygiene, so it's certainly not a good feeling as the guests sleep, they rattle their rats on the bed, so you're not clean. I will ask all of your guests who come to your hotel to pay attention to the fact that the yard is full of black boxes, as a rat trap, and let them know that my post is correct. You also have big problems with ants and large 3cm bugs around the pool. It's not nice to publicly state that you are clean, when you are full of rats and insects. And I can disclose to you the secret, from where all these pest - the yard to you have ducks, chickens and cattle that leave unpleasant peace of feces, it is not easy to solve, so that there are no rats or insects. The fact that you do it yourself is also not true, I personally met your daughter who is quite kind and a woman who cleans. It's not nice to lie publicly. Your guest asked you to enter the restroom, you did not allow him to use the toilet of the hotel located at the reception, it's uncomfortable, not human. Very shameful and not humane Tip: The second time YOU RECEIVE OBJECTION how your attitude with people in your surroundings is, Be a little more human and kinder to hotel guests, because you never know who you can come across, AND DO NOT LIKE YOUR GUESTS, BECOME BEEN DISCIPLINE AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM, DO NOT PUBLIC GUEST TO YES LAZE. IF YOU WANT I HAVE PICTURES AS EVIDENCE OF ALL. If you were nice and kind, you would receive criticism and be better. But obviously this is a reflection of your culture and attitude, so you are doing such a "good job" to the hotel.

Friendly staff and nice pool. Rooms were clean, water kattle and electric cooker, dishes etc. are in the room, even some instant coffee and tea. Small TV, with some international channels, but mostly Greek ones. Beds are comfortable, terrace is nice (although very close to the neighbours, even to the other building). One silly issue only: AC is turning off when you are out of the room and the keys are with you. It is for savings, I know but you can cool down the room only when you are inside, so AC is blowing exactly to your head etc.

The place was impeccably neat. With Room service every 3 days. It has out door pool to use in case you dont feel like going to the beach that day. Ana, the host, was amazingly helpful. She took the time to be our local guide and let us know where and what to visit/try. Overall, I'm very pleased from the hospitality. Would recommend it for people, by all means

If you are visiting Kallithea, this is the place you should be staying in. The room is impeccably clean and neat, with the towels and sheets changed every three days - and cleaned every day. The pool is very clean, there is a nice vibe and it is very quiet at night. The host, Anna was very kind and helpful to us, explained all the "hot spots" in the town - where the best fish restaurant is, the best pizza place, best gyro place, most popular beach bars and discoteques. At the end of our stay they gave us a little gift and thanked us for staying with them. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

First of all, I must mention that the room is really really clean, moreover it is cleaned every 3 days, they change the sheets, the towels and clean everything. Also the garden looks very nice and there is also a pool. The location is really good, close to the center and close to the beach. Secondly, Anna, the host, is amazing!!! She really made us feel very welcomed, she recommended us a lot of great places: restaurants, beaches, bars, clubs, everything worth seeing in the area and they all turned out to be amazing. Without her recommendations, our vacation would have never been so great. She even helped us find olives and olive oil from a local producer, which was very nice and we really appreciate the effort. We are very thankful and we’re definitely going to stay here when visiting Halkidiki again. Thank you for everything! ❤️
