Κ	ΚΩΣΤΑΣ ΣΙΝΙΡΙΔΗΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στούντιο σε καλή τοποθεσία ψηλά μέσα σε ελαιώνα απέναντι από τον Γλαρόκαβο στο Πευκοχώρι Χαλκιδικής με καλή θέα και με υποψία θάλασσας!!! Όταν το επισκεφθήκαμε έκανε πολύ ζέστη και παρόλα αυτά εκεί είχε πολύ δροσιά!!!! Βέβαια για μπάνιο θα χρειαστεί να πάτε με αυτοκίνητο!!! Η καθαριότητα είναι σε καλό επίπεδο!!! Έχει TV σε κάθε δωμάτιο και παρέχει δωρεάν Wi-Fi!!!! Studio in a good location high up in an olive grove opposite Glarokavos in Pefkohori, Halkidiki with good sea view and suspicion of the sea !!! When we visited it was very warm and yet it was very cool there !!!! Of course for swimming you will need to go by car !!! Cleanliness is at a good level !!! It has TV in each room and provides free Wi-Fi !!!!
s	spyro mouzak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για τα λεφτά που δώσαμε το δωμάτιο ήταν σε εντελώς "σπαρτιατικη" μορφή, λες και ο χρόνος είχε σταματήσει στη δεκαετία του 90, χωρίς καμία ανακαίνιση ! Βρισκοταν 2,5 χλμ μακριά από το κέντρο του χωριού, ενώ στο τηλέφωνο μας είπαν ότι υπήρχαν δωμάτια ΚΑΙ ΣΤΟ ΚΈΝΤΡΟ ΤΟΥ ΧΩΡΙΟΎ, πράγμα που ζητήσαμε, αλλά τελικά βρισκόταν ΜΌΝΟΝ εκτός κέντρου! Απλα είπαμε μια φορά να μην χρησιμοποιήσουμε κάποια γνωστή εφαρμογή! Απ ότι φαίνεται καλύτερα να πληρώνουμε τις προμήθειες της εφαρμογής και να γνωρίζουμε από την αρχή που βρίσκονται τα δωμάτια και σε τι κατάσταση, παρά στο άγνωστο και με οδηγό την καλή θέληση! For the money we gave the room was in a completely "Spartan" form, as if time had stopped in the 90's, without any renovation! It was located 2.5 km away from the center of the village, while on our phone we were told that there were rooms IN THE CENTER OF THE VILLAGE, which we asked for, but in the end it was ONLY out of the center! We just once said not to use a known application! From what it seems better to pay the commissions of the application and to know from the beginning where the rooms are and in what condition, than in the unknown and guided by good will!

We were not able to find anything else so we booked this room (from the telephone) for a family of four for 5 days . The room was very dirty, kitchen was dirty and old and the water heater dangerous (old, rusty, with wires hanging out... Located next to the shower). Dirty curtains, old aircon which we didn't use due to bad smell... Couldn't really open the window to much (they had no mesh to protect from insects) as the mosquitos were coming in. They wouldn't give us any fresh towels or linen saying you don't get replacements.. .so for 5 days we had the same sheets and towels... Not ideal when you have two children coming back from the beach every day. In general the owner was very unpolite and rude. WiFi was not existent...you needed to go next to his house to get some or else nothing. We paid 65euros/day for 5 nights, the family staying next to us paid 50euros/day for the same days and the others upstairs 45 for 6 days. When we discussed this with the owner he replied that you didn't haggled... If you did I would have given you a better price!!! It was one of THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
