★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από επιτόπου επίσκεψη στα γραφεία της Globalnet και τις διευκρινήσεις που μου δόθηκαν με αμέριστη ευγένεια, οφείλω να ζητήσω συγνώμη και να διρθώσω την αυστηρή κριτική που έκανα σήμερα το πρωί. Όπως διαπιστώθηκε η εταιρεία Globalnet λειτούργησε άψογα, το πρόβλημα δημιουργήθηκε στο σωματείο της εταιρείας που εργάζομαι, που δεν ενημέρωσε όλους τους ασφαλισμένους της ομαδικής ασφάλισης, όπως όφειλε, καθότι είχει ενημερωθεί από την Globalnet και γραπτώς και με επιτόπου επισκέψεις.
Μετά από αυτό το γεγονός και την αψογη συμπεριφορά της Globalnet, θα με κάνουν σίγουρα πελάτη και σε άλλα προιόντα .
After an on-site visit to Globalnet's offices and the clarifications given to me with undivided courtesy, I have to apologize and correct the harsh criticism I made this morning. As it turned out the Globalnet company worked perfectly, the problem arose in the union of the company I work for, which did not inform all the policyholders of the group insurance, as it should, as it had been informed by Globalnet in writing and with on-site visits.
After this event and the impeccable behavior of Globalnet, they will definitely make me a customer in other products as well.
