★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked via RentalCars. When I arrived, I was told by the staff that I will need my credit card or I should pay 104 Euros extra to rent (this is usually a scam). Other places in the area had no issues with my debit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A woman in training was in charge of our reservation but unfortunately "how to treat customers" did not seem to be part of her training. Very unfriendly service and the communication was confusing. Shuttle from and to airport was easy and quick, car itself was very basic but overall ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is outside of the airport (about 5 minute walk). We only found out afterwards, that we could have called to be picked up by them. But the weather was nice and we didnt mind the walk.
The ladies at the desk where very friendly and handled everything very fast and clear. We got a Nissan Micra, which was perfect for Corfu! We were 2 adults, 1 child and baby.
Returning the car was even easier and faster and we were taken to the airport. Thank you. Definitely recommendable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed with the service of this company. Although I had full coverage insurance purchased on booking.com, Global did not recognize it and required an additional preauthorization on a credit card. The cards I have are a prepaid card and a debit card, which I normally use to book services online. However, Global required a credit card and refused to accept my cards. I had the choice of not having a car or buying an additional insurance offered by Global, which cost me about 120 euros. This is not how it should work. I am very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First we were asked for International Drivers Permit additionally to Ukrainian license written in Latin letters, I'm still not sure if it is really required. The car was scratched, and on return they tried to put one on us, but good that we had photos so we refused it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience of kicking-off our holidays with this rental company. A charter bus was waiting for us at the flight arrival and then it took just a few min to get the car keys. The check out was super quick too. A tiny Mini was a big helper for us with exploring beauties all over Corfu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service when we visited Corfu in April 22. We didn't reserve a car as we did not intend to drive whilst visiting however we took a short walk down the road outside the airport to Global to find out if they would give us a good price as a walk in. To our surprise they did just that, a lovely little Micra for a week with standard insurance (we had our own full excess cover) was a little over 125€. Needless to say it made our holiday and upon return of the car, the deposit was refunded back to our CC and then they dropped us off at the airport departures terminal! Superb service from start to finish with no advance reservation! Make sure to take full ID and Credit Card for hiring as these are standard requirements that a few people seem to forget since their initial booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked this already at home. Good prices for a small car (what’s enough for the island). A/C worked and car was clean. Easy transfer from airport by free shuttle (2 min) and friendly service. Easy to get car and no problems for return. Deposit full back after 2 days.
