Very lovely friendly staff, car was adequate for our needs and very clean. Picked up from airport on arrival and taken back to airport on departure. Highly recommended.

Really not to recommend. Reservations were not keept, no recall after making promises to call back. Bad service and dubios behaviour

Quality of the car was good also the service. Almost forgot some stuff of my tomtom while checking out, but the helpful Hertz associate mentioned me. Thanks

If I could I would give them -5. Terrible experience. We reserved a car with lot of time, we payed part of the car. When we arrive and ask for the car, after waiting 1 hour they told us that they did not have it and there wasn’t another automatic car available! So no car and they could not assure us our money. At least the woman attending us was kind

Unprofessional staff , Terrible customer service… Rude and racist people. No any kindness at all . I am really disappointed with the people on the desk. Hertz Hellas not recommended to anybody. They Never apologise for any inconvenience and overcharged … (so many mistakes) So bad reputed.

Attention: Total rip off. A damage (little scratch) was charged to us, that hasn't been caused by us. The damage was not visible under normal circumstances. Only visible with a camera. They knew where to look for the damage. They knew in advance where it was. I rented lots of cars in my life. This is the absolute first time this ever happened to me. This will go to court.

Hired two times a car for one day at this location during our holiday. Very friendly people, got twice an upgrade. Fast service, within 10 minutes on the road and also returning the car went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend them!

Disgusting service. I booked through Booking.com and obviously paid in advance. We had an issue with transport and got there 1 hour later. There was no way to contact them cause they did not answer the phone. When we got there, they said our booking was expired and the car went to someone else. I've never seen this in my life since the car was already paid, so I guess that is the way they make money twice. They said to contact booking and that we would lose 500 €. Reading other reviews and observing other customers coming in, I highly doubt they had any cars even at the right time. Niko (the counter guy) refused to speak with Booking.com support. We ended up solving this with booking by transferring the reservation to next day somewhere else, but we destroyed one day of our holiday with those weirdos. There is nowhere in the world I've seen any agency oblige us to get there exactly on time. Ridiculous service and I hope nobody spends money with them. They should close their doors immediately and forever. UPDATE: Your reply makes no sense and is a total lie. I can prove we got there less than 2 hours later, around 1h and 10 minutes to be precise. I have the call logs from Booking.com to prove we were there within the tolerance timeframe (less than 2 hours late). My name is not here in the review and there is no reference number, so you guys are making up stories with no proof of that. Your company is useless, dishonest and rude. You guys had no vehicles and wanted to take advantage of us because or your lack of preparedness. Close the doors and never deal with people again.
