They were delivered to our hotel in Vasilikos, with an excellent explanation, and some advice on where it was nice to cycle, and how to safely get around the island. I can really recommend getting an e-bike for exploring (parts of) Zakynthos. It is a lot of fun cycling around the island, but I do recommend an e-bike if you plan on going to the hillier parts. And if you plan long distances or lots of hills, get one of the good e-bikes - it is WELL worth it. Cycling along the sea on a mountain road is really nice - and it is actually pretty safe. We had a broken chain and after reporting it were promptly helped and it was easily fixed. 5/5 would recommend :)

Everything was made possible for us to travel with our 11 months old child. They had all the safety gadgets to take him with us. Next time when we are visiting Zakynthos we will be back here for rent the bikes! The bikes came for a really good price and the advice and kidness came for free.

First I got the wrong (women's) touring bike at a local shop in Keri Beach, but then the Go Electric team from Agios Sostis (near Laganas) was real nice about it and replaced it with a trekking bike. And that's what you really need if you even want to do some "easy" dirt roads in Zakynthos - cause there aren't really any easy ones, and with some you might be in for a surprise and will have to turn around. Also the paved roads have countless potholes, so switch ON your suspension going downhill even on the regular roads. But the bike was great and a loyal buddy throughout the 3 days I used it!
G	Ger Heuts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to rent bikes!! I visited the island in 2020 and we rented four times bikes from Go electric. First two times a mountainbike for me and electric bikes for the wife and daughter. Last two times also electric bike for me. High quality, very new bikes. Wide range on the electric bikes. Even the steepest hills were easy to take. More than 50 kilometers in the heat of the sun and only one of the five indicator markers of the battery level was gone. Very friendly and helpful people there. Fair price for very good bikes! If you want to explore the island by bike, Go Electric is the place to be.

P	Paweł Panasewicz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bicycles have no working back lights. Make sure you ask about it before you take any bicycle. It's very easy to go back home in dark. Sadly customers where 'advised' not to cycle after dark instead of being equipped with lights or at least informed about the detect. I was really frustrated and not safe when it turned out that I'm far away from home after dark without back lights! Besides that my treking bicycles had: good disk breaks, front light working, gears shifted without glitches, good and well pumped wheels, but: handle bars were loose, front suspension was weared, missing front basket. Bicycles had attached U-locks. Bicycles were provided and taken from hotel which was nice. Helmets for adults were fine. Helmet for child wasn't fit well. Back seat for children had 3 point safety belt and it was easy to loose your child. We had to use additional DIY bound. My saddle came loose during trip but they fixed it next morning. Support phone line was responsive. Person who brought bikes was very friendly. Deposit was given back without problems.

Those electric bikes are new and well maintained and really helpful for trekking and hills. Contact with the staff was smooth and efficient. Fully recommended. J	Joshua Maners on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented an E-Bike (IDEAL Prisma 810) which was extremely well maintained, easy to use, and allowed me to get to Keri Beach, Agala Caves via the dirt back roads, and back without a problem. The staff was very kind and helpful with everything. The bike had side bags as well which made the trip 10x friendlier because I could store my backpack and just enjoy the ride! They do tours as well, would definitely check them out!
