Golden Beach Hotel - Metamorfosi

1) Check out @10.00 am 2) Bed quality awfull . 3) Food vartiety limited . 4) Building overheated , A/C was working all night . 5) Too much light from window - no shutters . 5) Pool working hours 10.00 am - 15.00 pm & 17.00 pm - 18.00 pm !!! ... Too much rules for a 3star hotel 6) Wifi problematic 7) Beach umbrellas and seats under charge . 8) Breakfast time ends @ 10.00 pm ... 10.02 all food plates removed ... 9) Cleaning staff enters the room every day , but dust didn't removed !. 10) Toilet smelled badly probably some serious problem with drainage . 11) Only reception speaks Greek !... The worst customer service experience I faced the last 15 years I visit Greek hotels . Has nothing to do with Greek hospitality and welcome spirit .

It feels like being in prison. The rooms are ok, but their rules remind me of Alcatraz. Can't eat when you want, can't use the pool until upset lady allows, can't take food in the room, can't buy a beer (unless it's from them and they only have Mythos). The staff were more like Prison gaurds as apposed to friendly staff that want to assist. I understand cheap, but there were a few free things (like politeness or a smile) to make you feel alittle more welcome. I felt like a part of a sheep heard And the beach reminds me of a boat ramp in Bangladesh - Terrible beach - very nasty. Do not recommend....

I have great experience i this hotel. We was with my family in July. Great food, Mr. Giorgos is very very good cook. We know him from other hotels that he worked. All the personal is very kind they help to fulfill all our time there and to visit all the best places in Sithonia. Don't hesitate to visit this hotel you will not regret.

hotel ios excellent ,, is on the beach with sea viewe , my room was on 3 loor and have fantastic sea view , have also beach bar with free sunbeds , food all inclusive with very good quality

It's too expensive for what you get. Food is very good. Accommodation not so good. Stuff are nice. Drinks too cheap. It would be good offer if price is 20% lower, or if you get Beach bar included in offer.

The worst place I have ever been! Everything is falling a part. There is plenty of mould and other weird stuff growing up on the walls. The best part of the flat that we got given is the bathroom. U can hardly flush the toilet. I have asked member of staff to come and have a look at it. It was impossible to explain to the guy what the problem is because of language barrier. There is hardly any member of staff that speaks English. The guy looked at it saw the problem and said " OK no problem" when we come back of the beach the job wasn't done. The shower is completely diffrent story it kinda works every our and then. Low water pressure at any given time. It was little big adventure to sort out my wife's and my girls hair. And the shower tap was connected wrong way araund Hot was Cold and Cold was Hot. The water was constantly changing from cold to hot. Simply amazing! What else do u need! It was even better in our friends room. Whan they moved in the air conditioning didn't work at all. Member of staff went to the room put air con on somehow and the best part of it was that they couldn't be switched off. Another great job! In another room where are staying some friend the toilet stunk like compost yard. Let's not forget to mention the food! Terrible! That describes it whit one word! Same meals every day for brake fast. Not even a single piece of fruit! Lunch for seven days we hardly got somthing different. Not even a single piece of fruit again! Dinner time was the best. All the hotel guest were aloud just one barrel of lager "beer" ofcourse the cheapest Greek product that they could find on the market. The only spirit drink that they were offering was Ouzo. Only god knows where that was made but it was getting poured ot of 5 litter plastic tube in the kitchen. There were some red and white wine. I wasn't brave enough to try em out. Ofcourse there were strict opening ours an everything. Food and drinks were served strictly from time to time. The swimming poll had his own opening ours. If u fancy a coffee or tee after 17:00 u got no chance. Or any snack between the main meals same again. The hotel has got his own beach. The state of it was terrible again! Probably because of the floodings that there were at chalkidiki. There was a beach bar proudly named after the hotel. Of course it wasn't part of the all Inclusive deal.Which didn't really bother us. We chose to travel 5 miles or more every day just to explore the place better. Everywhere else was brilliant. I have had great experience going diving whit my snorkeling kit. Beautiful beaches cristal clear water! But not near Golden beach hotel. I will highly recommend to stay away from that place. U will get more for what u pay elsewhere! Maybe I should take more photos but really can't be bothered. It is that bad!

The hotel was good, the food was good and we were satisfied. The beach is average. The worst thing were the cleaning ladies coming when the kids were sleeping, although i told them to come later. They cleaned the room only once in 7 days

Little confused in the beginning but great after 24h.
