★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Really cozy apartment perfect to visit the amazing beaches of Sithonia. Nice position in the little town of Metamorphosi. I suggest it for a traveling holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: love everything, it is a lovely place, it is clean and has a nice balcony where you can have your breakfast. It is in the center of Metamorfosi which is a nice town with all nice restaruants. There is a nice pastry shop just under the villa, you woke up with nice smelling of breads and croissants. I woild recommend everyone to stay, value for your money.. Negative: there is no reception in Villa Sithonia, i am not informed that i need to walk 40m away to another hotel for reception to take the keys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Great location, apartment is new and very comfortable. Everything you need is close by, great balcony.. Negative: No cleaning service at all, or any cleaning products or utensils in the apartment if you want to do the cleaning yourself. No change of towels, ones you find in the room are what you are stuck with until the end. Fresh towels every couple of days is the least we expected, especially since we didn't bring any of our own and there is no mention of this on the apartment's Booking info. No staff on premises, getting key and dropping it of is done in a hotel 50m away..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The villa is incredible,the apartment that we stay in was very clean, clean towels with the villa name on it, very modern with all the kitchen facilities.
It has a perfect location, all the restaurants are near supermarket is across the street.
The owner is perfect.
Highly recommended!!
