★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and spacious place.Some trainers are stuck in old school highly ineffective methods.Great variety of equipment, but greatly lacking powerlifting/strongman equipment (no proper squat racks is a real big complain). For such a high price this should be a must.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good gym, very clean, with a large variety of machines to excercise. They also offer a lot of group lessons in different types of excercises. The stuff is helpful and friendly. The only disadvantage is that it is a bit expensive.

From trx and yoga to famous classes from Lesmills. Amazing technogym equipment in the main floor with the free Weights. Free water around the leg press machines

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything I expect from a gym, but seldom see : Great service, almost too good. A well equipped gym ( could do with a slightly bigger free weight section) Always clean and tidy, well staffed, and it really delivers. It's pretty clear that the owner takes pride in every element of this gym. Honestly a "value for money" business. Keep it up guys !
