★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second time here. I'm doing two weeks here. And it is honestly... Amazing!
Rooms are very traditional, which me personally I like. Still have access to WiFi, TV, Radio and Air conditioning.
However you just can't beet the views!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Golden Sand Hotel is actualy 2 different buildings, but in the same location. The new one is a 3 stars hotel and the old one is only 2.
My review will be about the old one where i stayed in a second floor double room with mountain view.
For a 2 star hotel the overall impression is good and i might consider coming back.
Pros:
-very good position, close to everything but most of all next to the sea
-own car park
-staff is very polite and helpful
-room has been cleaned daily and every other day clean towels and sheets.
Cons:
-rooms are very very very small, with decent size balconies
-the bathrooms are horribly small and there is only a shower tray( no curtain, no glass, nothing) so before taking a shower take the toilet paper out-not kidding . I'm 1.81m tall and my knees would be against the sink when sitting on the toilet
-towels smelled nice but were like sandpaper (i m not exaggerating).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming here exclusively for the last four years and it's great. I've come to know the owners and the staff pretty well and they are great people, extremely friendly and hospitable. The Hotel is right on the beach. Free umbrellas and sits on the beach for the residents. Competitive prices and overall and great choice for everyone, especially families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only issue was the humidity in our room.. our room was on the ground floor (mountain view) prolonged ventilation was what we tried by leaving the windows open overnight (we just felt safe to do so) and worked well.
We also spent most of the our time at the beach bar restaurant we loved the aesthetic the relaxed atmosphere and the coffees, staff all nice and welcoming.

The rooms are clean and with a wonderful view. The beach is in front of the hotel and is very comfortable. The whole atmosphere created by Sofia and Yaniz works great, so we are here again. Thank you
