★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is as bad as their customer service. Yes cheap food, but not great. Gyros bread wasn't soft, and the longer you took to eat it got harder. Not overly enjoyable.
Server wasn't polite, very abrupt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pita chicken gyros were great, but the service not so good, it gets busy here and the lady who takes orders was rude, she asked us to give the receipt to the person to make our food and he was too busy cooking he didnt even look at us or take our paper, when we asked her how come she raised her voice and spoke in a rude manner..
Its a shame because the food is really good but served from Rude people.
All the places to eat around Fira have very friendly staff, except this place it was the worst customer service,, id rather order delivery that deal with rude staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I spent over a week in Santorini and ate here many times. We've tried many of their options including lamb, pork, falafel, and chicken gyros as well as their chick-pea salad. The food was fresh and served quickly. It is cheap and usually has a line at night due to popularity. The only confusing part is you order in the middle and then pick up your food from the counter on the left (vegetarian) or right side (meat options). The line usually moves quickly and more often than not Effie is the cashier who welcomes you with a smile and speaks perfect English. This place hits all the marks: cheap, good, fast, and consistent.
