I contacted Alkis and Andreas by email and by phone from Australia. Once again, the guys at Greco Gold were most helpful. They mailed the item to me, before charging for it, to ensure it was the correct item. It arrived within the time frame as promised. My wife was delighted with the replacement, as she had been very upset when the original was lost. A big thank you to Alkis and Andreas at Greco Gold. If you are looking for something different, Greco Gold is well worth a visit. Best of all, there is no pressure and make one feel at home.

My husband likes to get me a special piece of jewelry when we travel and their jewels are simply delicate and beautiful crafted. I wear my rose gold necklace and black diamond cross bracelet almost daily and get so many compliments on them.

We bought many beautiful pieces (including bracelets, earrings, cufflinks, etc.) when we were there. Everyone, even today, always asks where they are from and comments on how remarkable they look! Photo, which does no justice to how brilliant the pieces are. The Keramydas Family who own the business, are incredible people! To this day we receive a personalized Christmas Card from them every year since 2010. That is remarkable customer service and commitment, very rarely seen in business today! Hilia Evharisto! When you are in Santorini, make sure to visit them first, the beaches and bars second!

Alkis, Andreas, their father, and Cosmos the cat, were amazing; amazing being an understatement. they were very helpful with making suggestions to cater to what you are looking for, and are very fun people to talk to. if you ask for their honest opinion, they will give you their honest opinion! i came into the store looking for jewelry and came out of the store with jewelry AND knowing that i have made friends with the owners too. this was an experience i wish i could have over and over again. i wish for good health and prosperity on Greco Gold’s divine owners! :)
