We waited 20 minutes for two burgers and were chased away because we wanted to eat in front of the store (quarantine) But before that we saw that 5 women from the staff stood right outside the door and smoked one cigarette after a other. Burgers are not even tasty. We will never visit Goodys Ioannina again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to try their vegan burger! I’m so happy to see that they have a vegetarian and vegan option here! The burger is good but the service is SO SLOW and terrible.
This is called fast food for a reason... so I’m not sure why staff made themselves food for lunch and prepared people’s takeaway order before us. We waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers and fries, just because they served 6 people who were behind us in line, before us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped here for lunch and it was an ok experience. The place is nicely decorated and the toilets were clean. The cashier was helpful and waiting time was reasonable, maybe slightly longer than expected. 4 stars for premises and staff. The food was a let down. Since the take over, years back, Goody's has lost its direction. It resembles McDonalds. Small portions and the quality is not as good as it used to be. It's a shame.
