★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very modern hotel with very friendly staff. Gorgeous breakfast with big variety and delicious preparations. Very comfortable beds and linen. Very clean. The only negative point is the parking in front of the hotel but the have an arrangement with a parking nearby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a very convenient location, right in the heart of the city, the hotel combines urban design & comfort. The lake view from my room on the 5th floor was superb, same goes for the roof top bar. Polite and helpful staff and very nice breakfast including traditional delicacies.

Zamos rooftop restaurant:
There is no English menu so you’ll need to use google translate. They do have quite a few vegetarian options (no vegan options though). I ordered the Pear Gorgonzola Pasta with spinach, walnuts and honey and it was delightful! Definitely homemade! I highly recommend it.
My partner ordered some type of sliced beef medium rare with celeriac purée - unfortunately it was very well done. But overall he said the taste was nice.
Zas Hotel:
Very professional, friendly staff at reception. The lobby is definitely a bit dated. The wifi is slow (3mbps). And the room with a queen bed is just two twin beds pushed together with a prominent crack down the middle- no so comfortable. The room was clean and looked well prepared but not great. Very low water pressure too in the shower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the classiest hotel I've been in in Greece. The staff was incredible. The breakfast was great.
The rooms....oh gosh. The beds are massive, the sheets are crisp and clean, the shower is massive and the bathroom is floor to ceiling marble. The bathroom even has music you can play! Just go and see for yourself. So glad we booked this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A first long journey with twin babies, is always considered a challenge in advance. However, reaching our destination, we received warm welcome from personel, and for the four days of our staying in SAZ we have to acknowledge and convey our thanks for the great support and interest of staff! Apart from amazing view of lake, the great food, the clean and spacious room with very comfortable king size bed, people is what makes the difference to feel the essence of Greek word "PHILOXENIA"!
We will definitely visit the hotel again in future
