★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 φορες πηρα ξυλα απο εσας και ποτε δεν καταφερα να τα αναψω καθως ειναι παντα βρεγμενα. Τα κραταω στην αποθηκη μου να στεγνωσουν & τα αναβω παντα μετα απο πολυ καιρο & αναγκαζομαι και περνω απο αλλου. Και απο οπου αλλου εχω παρει παντα αναβουν κατευθειαν. Σιγουρα δεν θα ξανα παρω απο εσας.
I took wood from you 3 times and I never managed to light it as it is always wet. I keep them in my warehouse to dry & I always turn them on after a long time & I am forced to go elsewhere. And from where else I have always got lit directly. I will definitely not take it from you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς πριν από λίγο καιρό ζητήσαμε ένα συγκεκριμένο πέλλετ και μας πούλησαν ένα άλλο κατώτερης θερμικής αξίας στην ίδια τιμή του αυθεντικού με τη δικαιολογία ότι η συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία έχει 4 συσκευασίες. Κατάλαβα ότι δεν ισχύει όταν από άλλο κατάστημα μου δώσανε το αυθεντικό της εταιρίας και η καύση σαφώς ήταν πολύ ανώτερη.
Unfortunately a while ago we asked for a specific pellet and they sold us another lower calorific value at the same price as the original with the excuse that this company has 4 packs. I realized that it does not apply when from another store they gave me the original of the company and the burning was clearly much higher.
