β β β β β The hygiene was awful.When we came the app was not cleaned and in the next morning the kitchen was full with ants which attacked our food which we have to through away.The ants were there till the last day even in the bedroom and in the bes even we asked for another appartment.The bed and the pillows are awful as well.Would never return there

β β β β β It was a mistake and a great disappointment at how bad the conditions were. In the pictures, let's call it a fairy, but it looked pretty decent, but on the spot it's so bad it's so bad. There was an unpleasant smell. No service and no maintenance of the apartment. Constant buzz in tubes that does not allow sleep. Two or three times there was a power problem for some strange reasons.

β β β β β I would have given it 3* but staff is really friendly and kind and Sea view rooms have a great view (especially during night when you can see the Moon rising behind the mountain).
Building is relatively new. Has two entrances. You will use lower entrance when you come back from Pondi beach or go to mini market (there are 50+ steps when you return to hotel). Near the upper entrance there are 6 parking lots (Altina has another spot with 10+ parking lots some 350-400 meters away.
Rooms have AC, are spacious, clean, but furniture is old, kitchenette is old, TV is small.
All in all OK, but nothing more.

β β β β β the apartments are not what they are presented at all, only one new apartment was painted, the rest are very old in poor condition. the sewage is felt, at night it is noisy noise. the manager of the villa is a very uncomfortable man. great unprofessionality, for a much higher rental price. it doesnβt even have hand washing soap. the power goes out. I do not recommend

β β β β β We spent 10 days there. Our apartment was on 1st floor with a partly sea view. Ponti beach is very close to this house, and it's ok to swim there. Apartments are clean, beds are not bad. There is no shower curtain. In the kitchen there is electric stove, refrigerator with a deep freeze...
Only problem is with parking. There are 4 parking spaces on over 30 apartments. So if you come with a car be prepared to park on the street, or pay private parking in the street above for 5e on day, or you can make a deal to park 10 days for 30e.

β β β β β Amazing views of the bay, good location and clean rooms. The rating takes into consideration that this is a beach studio. Do not expect a 4 stars hotel. Apartment was very clean, towels and linnen changed twice in a week, kitchen well equiped, good communication with owner, even got a welcome present when we arrived. On the down side, some furniture needs an upgrade, wifi could be better and the parking space is small. If the building is full, this could be a serious issue, but it was not the case for us. But the views from the first floor up are amazing.

β β β β β Very kind and helpful the host. He picked us up from a central point of the village so we wouldn't have to suffer any inconvenience. Very clean room, with kitchen and balcony overlooking the sea. Definitely a very nice place to stay. :)
