The staff were very helpful and lovely throughout our entire stay. When we arrived there were no blankets in the room. The bathroom had a 'fishy' smell. Loud location as our room faced the street. Would have been a nice courtesy to tell guests who were unaware about the bells that ring early in the morning and on an ongoing basis.

Hotel is nice and clean. Any issues we got beginning our stay were rapidly fixed. The staff is very helpful and nice and always smiling :-) Whole hotel is pretty new, so all interiors are nice and fresh. AC is working good without any odor. There’s a pool and kind of jacuzzi, all is nice and clean. The biggest advantage of this hotel is placing. It’s on one of the Main Street in touristic center of town. Lot of cafes, bars and restaurants are next door. But also there are shops here, so you can by food there when going on budget. I really recommend

We stayed for 4 nights and payed 160 per night which is to much for this accommodation. Staff wasn't friendly, ie no real customer service but rather focus on their administrative tasks. Our room was tiny and quite loud and the bed was rather uncomfortable (I have to add here, that we have seen nicer and bigger rooms on our floor). Cleanness was acceptable but not on a four star level. Breakfast was pretty disappointing, as the variety and quality of food was not appropriate for 'the best hotel in town'. Location is obviously perfect in the middle of the city with a car parking spot just a few meters away. Overall, you can book and stay here but I would recommend a superior room without breakfast (there is a great cafe next door) and for not more than 100 euro per night, as it can be classified as 3* hotel only. BTW. Pool access is available, but not really enjoyable: No sun beds, shadow all day and pool to tiny to swim.

Was there. Air conditioner is working very bad. Wi-Fi is horrible here. The personal are very angry all the time. Walls there I think that are made from plastic, you can't sleep because of noise that is made from yours neighbors.

There is not much more that I can say, everything was excellent! Thank you for a wonderful stay! The staff was very helpful, understanding, polite. The breakfast was well worth it ( and you must eat breakfast at least once if you stay there). The room was, well, excellent! We also tried the pool (which was small but that's ok) the jacuzzi, and the gym. everything was very very good! It is highly recommended. The fact that you can use the facilities of its sister hotel just 1 km away is a huge plus!

HIDDEN FEES - All the amenities were included on the Expedia site and final price is scam. They charge you again. Also, we paid through Expedia the tax 24% and the manager requested to pay an additional 24% for accommodation tax. Manager (Theodor) also stated that Expedia doesn’t even give us one fifth of the price. I have never paid 48% tax in my life. Jacuzzi was spraying all over the place. The personnel showed us where the hamam and the sauna were and left. Everything was off and I’m assuming they expect from guests to figure out how to turn them on. I’ve never seen something like that. We tried but unsuccessfully and left. Talked to the manager and said it’s better that you didn’t use it because you would have been charged for €15 an hour each, while these amenities were included in price. They only amenity available was the fish massage, we paid €30 cash and they didn’t give us a receipt only after we requested it. Asked for massage and said “not available. It’s a shame for such a magical place to have a such horrible hospitalization experience.

Although it's a 4-star hotel, it feels like a 2-star one. 1. The room is small that one side of the bed is next to the wall. 2. The bathroom smells really bad especially when taking a shower. It smells like sewage water. 3. The breakfast has very limited options, and there are even flies around the food. 4. The swimming pool is the smallest swimming pool that I ever seen. Also, it requires extra charge if you want to use any spa facilities. 5. The receptionist is not hospitality at all, which is quite rare to see in Greece. Overall, don't be fooled by '4-star hotel' title, because you'll be disappointed if you expect a standard 4-star hotel experience.

Very good hotel. Rooms are clean, well equipped, comfortable beds. Friendly stuff. Breakfasts could be better, but there is nothing to complain. No parking area, so You have to stop a car on the street.
