★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an order on Monday for an item in stock. 3 days later zero update about the order. I called them and they had no idea about the order, making excuses for the delay. After my call, they said it would be in my city on Thursday. It actually arrived on Friday. I decided not to receive. A few days later they called me, I told them to cancel the order and they were rude and ironic. Zero professionalism.
