★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στην κερχερ μπήκα για λίγο να πάρω μια πληροφορία μόνο. Όμως δίπλα στην Ναντι έμεινα κατά ευχαριστημένος με την εξυπηρέτηση την άμεση επίσκεψη στο χώρο μου και την εργασία των τεχνικών. Οι τιμές θέλουν λίγο να πέσουν.
I went to Kercher for a while to get only one information. But next to Nadi I was very happy with the service, the immediate visit to my place and the work of the technicians. Prices want to fall a little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα μηχανήματα Karcher, από την μέχρι τώρα εμπειρία είναι πολύ αξιόπιστα. Η κακή αξιολόγηση αφορά στο after sales support στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα.
Έχω την αίσθηση ότι το K2 πλυστικό που έχω, μετά τον 1ο χρόνο, δεν έχει την πίεση που πρέπει. Κάνεις από τους δύο υπαλλήλους που βρίσκονταν μέσα στο μαγαζί δεν σηκώθηκε να μου μιλήσει από κοντά. Το μόνο που που είπε ο ένας από αυτούς είναι ότι μετά την εγγύηση δεν ασχολούνται με τα μηχανήματα. Επίσης όταν προσπάθησα να ζητήσω οδηγίες για βελτίωση της απόδοσης η στάση τους ήταν " με αυτό που αγόρασες τι περίμενες;".
Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά σε πελάτη που εμπιστεύτηκε της εταιρεία τους.
Karcher machines, from the experience so far, are very reliable. The bad evaluation concerns the after sales support in the specific store.
I have the feeling that the K2 detergent I have, after the 1st year, does not have the right pressure. None of the two employees inside the store got up to talk to me up close. The only thing one of them said is that after the warranty they do not deal with the machines. Also when I tried to ask for instructions to improve performance their attitude was "with what you bought what did you expect?".
Unacceptable behavior to a customer who trusted their company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular person working there, has no idea what customer service is. Karcher should educate their people to the standards of a global brand. This is embarrassing for Karcher!
After I looked on the website, I decided to visit that store to get more help around product options that may suit my needs. It was a total waste of my precious time. I left quite upset and more confused than I was before I went there. This person was rude, patronising, obviously uneducated about his role and made me feel like I wasn't a 'serious' customer. More than anything, he was the opposite of helpful, decided what product I need himself and left me wondering about all the other products that I could go for and never had the chance to look.
I am now quite put off by Karcher brand after my visit to this store.

Water pump stopped working after 4 or 5 times I used the device.
They claimed that parts were missing from my device!!Yeap, I threw them away!!!
They charged me 50 euro while my warranty was still valid
Either karcher has rubbish products OR karcher center Thessaloniki are incompetent con-artists.
