★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst possible service both sales and after sales !! They are only looking after your money (too expensive ) and not to help you out with . On top of that they are really very rude. Do NOT go there!!
I had issues with my car which was insured, and instead of speaking with the insurance company (insurance was covering the damage) to cover the cost they asked for all the money upfront paid by me. When i asked why do they do that since ALL the other Audi service stores accept the insurance they just said in a really RUDE way that this is just their policy....
ON YOUR REPLY: The insurance company is AIG which you assured me during our telephone call, that you already collaborate with. So do not just reply to reply ....

When the official representative of Volkswagen cannot fix the car and says that most probably you have to change the ECU but they don't know, while on the other hand it was just a change on the cables, which they told that they changed but they only wrapped them with gray tape. And when you pay 400 euros without your car been fixed, I cannot give more than zero stars. Congratulations to KARENTA on the choose of the official representatives
