Συνεράστηκα μαζί τους το 2019 και μετά από 2 πλήρη χρόνια κατοίκησης, το σπίτι έχει ξεπεράσει τις προσδοκίες μου. Από εκεί και πέρα, μεγάλη προσοχή σε κάποια συνεργαζόμενα συνεργεία. Ειδικά για τις εργασίες που αφορούν τον περιβάλλοντα χώρο, διαπιστώθηκαν πολλές κακοτεχνίες και τσαπαλοδουλειές, που ακόμα και σήμερα υπάρχει μεγάλη άρνηση στο να επιδιορθωθούν. Ειδική μνεία στον εργολάβο που χρησιμοποιούν για τα τσιμέντα (βάσεις), ο οποίος χρειάζεται παρακάλια για να ασχοληθεί με κακής ποιότητας δουλειά που έχει κάνει ακόμα και 2,5 χρόνια μετά. Ακόμα και εκεί που ασχολήθηκε, το αποτέλεσμα ήταν πάλι πρόχειρο. Συνοψίζοντας, η εταιρία για εμένα πέρνει άριστα στο κομμάτι της τεχνολογίας, αλλά χάνει πολύ από τους συνεργάτες που επιλέγει. Δ	Δέσποινα Βασιλειάδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κλείνουμε ένα χρόνο από τότε που η εταιρεία ΚΟΦΙΝΑΣ μας παρέδωσε το σπίτι, το οποίο βρίσκεται στη Λήμνο, σε υψόμετρο 170 μέτρων, εκτεθειμένο στους ισχυρούς βόρειους ανέμους κ σε αρκετά χαμηλές θερμοκρασίες! ΔΕΝ ΚΑΤΑΛΑΒΑΙΝΕΙ ΤΙΠΟΤΑ!! Το εξωτερικό του σπιτιού, το κέλυφος, είναι με τέτοια τεχνολογία κατασκευασμένο, που πραγματικά το αποτέλεσμα είναι εντυπωσιακό! «Υγρασία» άγνωστη λέξη, το χειμώνα ζεστό, το καλοκαίρι δροσερό! Ελπίζω να κρατήσει για πάντα έτσι!! Όμως, είχαμε αρκετά προβλήματα με τα συνεργεία!! Εκεί η δουλειά δεν ήταν τόσο προσεγμένη κ νομίζω ότι η εταιρεία, ο αγαπητός κ. Μιχάλης κ οι στενοί του συνεργάτες αυτή την παράμετρο θα πρέπει να την ξαναδούν! Κατά τα λοιπά, άψογη συνεννόηση, συνεργασία, ο Κώστα Κοφινάς, που βρέθηκε αρκετές φορές εδώ για να επιβλέπει τις εργασίες, ήταν πολύ δεκτικός να εξυπηρετήσει ακόμη κ σε πράγματα που δεν είχαμε συνεννοηθεί εκ προοιμίου, γενικώς όπου μπορούσαν να βοηθήσουν το έκαναν, κ δεν είχαν σε καμία περίπτωση τυπική κ απρόσωπη συμπεριφορά! Άρα, αν αποφάσιζα να ξανακάνω σπίτι, με βεβαιότητα θα είχε την υπογραφή Κοφινά, θα επέλεγα όμως δικά μου συνεργεία!! So, if I decided to make a house again, it would certainly have Kofina's signature, but I would choose my own crews !!

Prefab House construction is the future and there is no other company in Greece that can deliver such high building standards along with a personalised and professional customer service. Since day one, Mr. Michalis team, made us feel at ease as everything was clear and well presented. We made an extensive research all over Greece into various companies that construct Prefab Houses but as soon as we mentioned that we had first met with Kofinas company then the answer was:'' if thats the case, then we have nothing more to add...Kofinas is the top and nobody can be compared with them''. To hear such a thing from various constructors is something that you don't hear everyday and it's the best validation of our choice. If you are thinking of building a house this is the route you should go and this is the company you should choose.
p	p.i gray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic to finally meet the owner Michael and his lovely daughter Evienia (the architect) and George (the Engineer) The prices for the houses on line are to get you in the door, the price rises (as can be expected in Greece) for other costs such as delivery, taxes, vat, surveyors, solicitors and probably more. I still have my heart set on building a new home here in Greece, and this company looks like one of the better ones, so more planning to do, before I can sit back down at the table, so to say..
